The Restaurant "La Fucina" of the Hotel Schwarzschmied in Lana uses only fresh local produce. The slow food principle of "back to nature" is also valid for cured meats and other breakfast staples. Quality and provenance are key. Therefore, the butter and honey at our breakfast derive from the local dairies and beekeepers of the nearby Ulten Valley. All other ingredients are also supplied from local and organic farmers. The herbs used come from our own garden, used to add refinement and balance to our healthy but tasty cuisine in the evening. Our meals are balanced, regional and above all, delicious.
