Do you sometimes feel like you’re just functioning and no longer truly connected to yourself? Perhaps you’re successful, organized, and present for others, yet still sense an underlying exhaustion and inner restlessness. Often, our nervous system remains in a constant state of stress without us even noticing.

This retreat is a gentle invitation to step out of constant doing. You will learn how to consciously regulate your nervous system, with a focus on the vagus nerve as a key to regeneration, emotional stability, and a healthy response to stress.

We intentionally take time to pause, replenish your energy, and prepare for the winter season before the year grows louder, the holiday rush begins, and the calendar fills up even more. Together, we create a space where you can truly feel your body again, allow your nervous system to settle, and reconnect with a sense of safety, clarity, and inner balance.

In this retreat, you will learn practical methods to build mental and physical strength, inner calm, and resilience. Through a holistic yoga and coaching approach, Gabriela Bozic guides you back to balance, grounding, and inner strength. Between the shared sessions, there is dedicated time for integration, silence, and enjoyment. Each class offers subtle impulses from yoga philosophy and coaching to help you integrate the retreat experience into daily life, personal practice, or teaching - clear, contemporary, and directly accessible.

Thursday
5:00 – 6:30 pm Arrival, introduction & grounding yoga

Friday – Saturday
8:15 – 9:45 am Meditation, chanting, asana & somatic practice for stability, clarity, and regulation
4:30 – 6:00 pm Restorative yoga, breathwork, chanting, meditation, coaching, journaling

Sunday
8:00 – 9:30 am Closing session & integration

Gabriela Bozic guides you through this retreat with over 25 years of international teaching and training experience, as well as a unique blend of presence, lightness, and spiritual depth. Her work weaves together nervous system regulation, yoga philosophy, and embodied practice into a space for genuine transformation.
