Tension and relaxation. This duality is central to yoga and should also have its place in everyday life. Guided by this principle, this package offers both challenging activities that allow you to feel your body - whether through an extended hike or a demanding yoga session - and moments of pure relaxation - with a massage, by the pool, or in one of our relaxation rooms.
Let our mountain guide take you on a journey through green valleys, rugged peaks, and crystal-clear alpine lakes. In the fresh mountain air you can breathe deeply, finding peace with each step. Your gaze wanders over the peaks and across the valleys.
At the same time our yoga offerings with sessions across all yoga styles bring you closer to yourself. Focus on your breath and let our yoga instructors challenge, ground, and center you. Your stay is accompanied by culinary delights from our Slow Food restaurant, where fresh, regional ingredients are used daily to delight your palate.
Embark on a journey to yourself and find your center through South Tyrol’s beautiful nature. Create space for your inner balance.
Tension brings relaxation – learn to let go, ground yourself, and find your center. Our yoga instructors will guide you on this journey of self-discovery. Let your body and mind equally benefit from this time away. Focus on yourself during nine intensive yoga sessions, deepening the connection between body and mind, and feeling at home within yourself.
Our chefs will indulge you with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, carefully prepared in our Slow Food kitchen. With the wellness voucher you can enjoy some pampering in the spa, and the Schwarzschmied Activity Program invites you to explore the surroundings through guided hikes or bike tours.
We offer you space: to challenge yourself, to let go, and to rediscover who you are.
An oasis of tranquility awaits amongst green vineyards. Take time to listen to yourself. Time to pause, to let go, to find peace. Here, every movement can be met with full attention, every sensation savored, every minute stretched endlessly.

What if you no longer had to become anything – but could simply return? Return to yourself. To your truth. To your true nature.
Brené Brown describes authenticity as “the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.”
In the midst of silence, surrounded by majestic mountains, we create space to breathe, to let go, and to simply be. A space where you can let go of everything that weighs you down: roles, expectations, worries. A space where you can feel yourself again, in all your depth.
With yoga, meditation, breathwork, inner work, and conscious connection to nature, we find our way back to our own rhythm – towards more lightness, clarity, and a deep inner freedom.
Your True Nature is an invitation to become still, to breathe freely, and to remember who you truly are. Let go. Arrive. Be.

As autumn slowly comes to an end, this retreat invites you to withdraw into a cocoon — to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strength. It offers you a safe and nourishing space to breathe deeply, let go, and come home to yourself.
In the elegant and peaceful setting of Hotel Schwarzschmied in Lana (South Tyrol), you create room for conscious retreat, mindful movement, and soul-nourishing stillness. A time just for you. Beyond to-do lists and outside demands.
Mornings begin with grounding, empowering movement that connects you to your body, breath, and inner resilience. Evenings invite you into a calming space of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, gentle Reiki, and reflective journaling prompts — for silence, regeneration, and heart connection.
Highlight: On Saturday evening, we gather by the fire for a lovingly guided cacao ceremony and a fire ritual of release. Everything you no longer wish to carry into winter may be offered to the flames. Céline is from Zurich and teaches yoga with a modern, authentic, and sensitive approach. With over 900 hours of training and more than 1,500 hours of teaching experience, she brings not only deep knowledge but also years of expertise as an instructor, leading both 50-hour and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. Her main focus is on flowing Vinyasa classes, complemented by mindful Hatha elements. At the heart of her teaching is always the connection between body, breath, and inner experience.
In a time when so much is pushing outward, we invite you to listen inward. During this four-day retreat, the somatic bodywork of Liz Ehrenecker intertwines with the conscious facial awareness of Claudia Granig to create a profound space of experience for yourself – physically, emotionally, energetically.
Somatic Yoga and Face Yoga are two gentle paths that guide you back into your body, into your expressive power, into your beauty – beyond judgment or optimization. We practice together on the mat and in front of the mirror. We listen inward – and discover new spaces outward. We explore how tension can be released from the body and the face. And we celebrate both: the depth and the lightness, the stillness and the radiance.
You can look forward to daily Somatic Flows, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Liz, as well as Face Yoga sessions and Gua Sha rituals with Claudia. The nurturing combination of movement and touch, set within the aesthetic and tranquil atmosphere of Hotel Schwarzschmied, offers you space for true self-care – not as a task, but as a practice.

Liz Ehrenecker is a freelance yoga teacher. She teaches, shares, and lives a form of modern spirituality, embodying values such as vitality, connection, and joy – qualities that flow through all of her work. She places particular emphasis on somatics and embodiment, which is reflected in her passion for somatic Yin Yoga. Through these practices, she has learned to listen to her body and trust her intuition.
Claudia Granig is an expert in natural rejuvenation and the founder of the online studio Bare Skin | Face Yoga. Since 2020, she has been guiding women toward a self-determined, vibrant approach to aging – beyond Botox, fillers, or the pursuit of eternal youth. Her work offers a counterpoint to cosmetic optimization. She stands for connection instead of perfection, for strength instead of control, and for a new form of self-love.
This yoga retreat offers the perfect opportunity to pause, recharge, and consciously prepare for the upcoming winter season. Together, we create a space of calm and renewal to harmonize body, mind, and soul. Our morning sessions combine yoga asanas, mindful alignment and breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy impulses to strengthen energy, vitality, and focus. Evenings are dedicated to regeneration and relaxation: yin yoga, restorative poses, pranayama, yoga nidra, journaling, and guided meditations invite you to let go, find calm, and deeply integrate the day’s experiences.
Complementing this, a short fitness session provides the ideal balance to train endurance, strength, and your deep core muscles — an important foundation to take your yoga practice, mental, and physical strength to a new level.
Look forward to four days full of yoga, reflection, fitness, and relaxation that will help you start the cold season with new clarity and strength.

A journey to more strength, clarity, and inner freedom. How does it feel when your mind becomes clear, your body feels strong, and every movement makes sense? When your breath flows deeply, your thoughts settle, and inner strength builds? This is exactly what Beyond Yoga Dynamics (BYD) is about. It’s about understanding your nervous system, resolving stress at its root, and returning home stronger.
Each session is designed to use movement as a powerful key to greater stability and mental clarity. The body learns, the mind follows. This is not just an abstract concept, but a tangible transformation.
This retreat is more than just a break – it is the beginning of a new path. If you’re ready to go deeper, to discover movement as a gateway to your inner balance, and to return home with renewed strength, clarity, and a hypnotic flow state, then this retreat is for you.

Barbara Kittel-Holmgren has been training yoga teachers for over 14 years in the tri-border region around Lake Constance. As an AYI Expert, she brings not only profound knowledge but also teaches yoga as a holistic healing approach—far beyond the physical practice. Her deep connection to nature is palpable in everything she does, whether in the harmonious union of breath and movement on the mat or during silent hikes in the mountains. The insights from her mountaineering adventures, complemented by her Life Trust Coaching training with Veit Lindau, flow into her work and enrich every encounter with new perspectives. Her retreats are an invitation to experience depth, clarity, and joy on all levels.
This winter, we invite you to a retreat that goes far beyond a simple break – it is a return to yourself. We begin each day gently with functional movement, somatics, meditation, and breathwork – yoga practices that energise without overwhelming, and ground without weighing down. After a nourishing breakfast, we invite you to explore the surroundings on quiet snow walks and meditative hikes. We go together or alone, in silence, letting ourselves be guided by the rhythm of nature.
Afternoons offer time to rest, enjoy the spa and sauna, curl up with a book, write, or simply do nothing. Those who wish can take part in optional afternoon workshops – from restorative yoga and intention setting to guided body-based meditations and reflection practices.
When the sun sinks behind the mountains, we gather for evening sessions: slower, more tranquil practices such as yin yoga, candlelit meditations, or gentle breathwork that soothes the nervous system and prepares the body for sleep.
Meals at Schwarzschmied are an essential part of the experience – lovingly prepared, thoughtful, seasonal dishes that nourish both body and soul. The kitchen values mindful, local ingredients, with vegetarian options.
This retreat is not about escaping your life, but about remembering who you are within it. It is an invitation to soften, to breathe, to feel, and to reconnect not only with your own inner rhythm but also with the beauty of nature. No prior experience is needed. We look forward to sharing this time with you.

Charlotte is a 700h+ certified yoga teacher, offering classes in Munich, Vienna, and through her online studio the bufler way. For her, yoga is not just a workout – it is a philosophy and a movement towards a healthier, happier, and more authentic life. Charlotte fuses traditional and innovative yoga techniques with science, ease, and humor. Because life is too short for dogmas and doctrines. For her, the right inner attitude is just as important as the correct physical posture.
Three days just for you, Mama. No childcare, no to-do lists, no “having to function.” Just time for yourself, your body, and your mind – to recharge, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether your child is still a baby or already at school, this retreat is for you if you long for a pause to return full of energy.
Perhaps you want to come with your best friend or treat yourself to this special break alone. For everything we mothers do every day, we deserve to consciously put ourselves first for once.
In our movement sessions, you can adjust the level and intensity at any time – no Pilates experience is necessary. We work the entire body, strengthen the pelvic floor and core, improve mobility and posture. You’ll break a sweat while sinking into a focused, relaxed atmosphere. Of course, there’s plenty of space for relaxation: time at the pool, on a sun lounger, in the spa, or simply with a good book.
In our Women Circle, we discuss topics that matter to you as a mother, exchange experiences, and offer insights that help you return to everyday life feeling strong. In the Coaching Circle, we focus individually on your needs: we address discomfort, show you targeted exercises to reach your goals or relieve tension. On request, diastasis recti can be addressed, or pelvic floor questions clarified.
Our goal: You return home with fully charged mama-batteries, more ease, and inner calm.

Lisa is yoga teacher and spiritual life coach from Munich.
In 2022, she left her permanent position at BMW to follow her heart. Her vision is to guide you into your full strength, to help your light shine brightly, and to empower you to create a life on your own terms. As your companion on this journey, she sees you, listens to you, and creates a safe space filled with warmth and appreciation. She encourages you to simply be yourself, because everything you need is already within you.
Rest and Recharge accompanies you on your journey into deep inner peace – to a place where you can truly perceive yourself, clear your mind, and recharge your batteries. You can expect a mindful combination of active and quiet, restorative yoga sessions, complemented by somatic work, meditation, and coaching tools.
In the mornings, we will have a balancing and cleansing session of meditation, yoga, and somatic techniques. In the afternoons, a calm and regenerative practice awaits you. Depending on the group’s energy and needs it will be enriched with breathwork, coaching tools, somatic exercises, and meditations. Sophia uses yoga not only as a physical practice but as a holistic tool to harmonise the body–mind–soul system.
Outside of the sessions, you can create your own personal programme – from activities in nature to relaxation in the wellness area. Although the retreat has a central theme, it will evolve into an individual journey shaped by the energy of the group, the place, and the moment.
This way whatever disturbs your harmony – be it physical, emotional, mental, or energetic blockages – can dissolve. Energy can flow again, and we perceive this renewed flow as inner clarity, strength, balance, and vitality. This requires peace and time to work with body, breath, mind, and energy. Only when our nervous system feels safe can it relax, release, and realign. Sophia creates the space for this process during the retreat and guides you safely through it.

Patrick Steves shares in his classes what he has experienced through yoga and what has transformed his life. With kindness and consistency, he guides his students on a journey carried by breath, rhythm, focus, and strength. The foundation of his classes – both challenging and gentle – lies in the traditional yoga paths and Jivamukti Yoga, while also integrating other elements such as the chanting of mantras.
Valerie Kornasoff-Jahn’s classes are calm, powerful, and flowing, leaving space for a consciously guided breath. Above all, she wishes to convey positive energy and heartfelt warmth, weaving her love of music into her teaching through carefully curated playlists. Since 2020, she has been teaching full-time in Munich at the Jivamukti Studios and regularly offers retreats throughout Europe.
Go deeper. Grow stronger.
Your practice begins where you are ready to go deeper. This retreat invites you to explore your yoga practice intensively for four days – both physically and mentally. Surrounded by the mountains of South Tyrol, a space arises where you can turn fully towards yourself with curiosity, playful ease, and focused presence.
Look forward to 90–120 minute yoga classes that will challenge and inspire you. We will work precisely on technique and alignment, practice powerful drills, and cultivate body awareness as well as mental clarity – the foundation to noticeably deepen your practice. Step by step, we will approach more complex asanas such as arm balances, backbends, and inversions. The focus is not on mastering a pose quickly, but on walking the path consciously and safely – supported by mindfulness, technique, and trust in your own strength.
Whether you want to refine your practice, try something new, or reconnect more deeply with yourself – this retreat creates the space for growth, expansion, and inner peace.

Our daily lives are often dictated by schedules and packed with tasks. We’re busy meeting the expectations of others, and in the process, we lose touch with ourselves. This can change at the "From Doing to Being" Retreat with Cathrin Niehus. Give yourself permission to take a break from constant doing and shift into being. Allow yourself space for you and your needs, to rediscover your inner calm and serenity. You will reconnect with your energy and return from the retreat balanced, full of vitality, and carrying a new toolbox of techniques and methods to support long-term balance in your everyday life.

This retreat invites you to experience movement, sound, and community as medicine. Through yoga, free somatic practice, and sound sessions, we dive layer by layer deeper into our body and our inner self.
We shift the rhythm: slowing down, speeding up, pausing, and letting go. Balancing asanas strengthen and open, somatic movements provide access to deeper levels, and sound brings you into stillness, where silence and vitality meet.
Alongside the intensive practice, there is also time for connection, sharing, and enjoying nature, culinary delights, and quiet moments. Together, we create a safe space where regeneration, clarity, and new inspiration can arise – a retreat that nourishes body, mind, and heart.

When everyday life - with all its tasks, expectations, and obligations - sometimes takes more from us than it gives back, we need moments of peace and recharge, to truly come back to ourselves. Our 4-day yoga retreat invites you to do exactly that: in spring, when nature awakens and everything radiates new energy, a space for holistic regeneration emerges – to recharge body, mind, and soul.
Together we want to explore the question: what do you really need to regain strength and full regeneration? Morning and evening yoga sessions – sometimes gentle, sometimes dynamic, always adapted to the group – will guide you to deeply listen to your body and realign yourself.
Four days that nourish, regenerate, and return you to everyday life strengthened, clear, and full of energy – in harmony with the invigorating and powerful energy of spring.
The retreat will be in german language.

Heidi Lustig:
During a stay abroad in Australia, Heidi rediscovered her sweet spot and found her place on the yoga mat. Her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Sydney in 2018 became an important anchor in her life. Back home and enriched through further training (yoga therapy, 300-hour Yoga TT at Kale & Cake in Munich, Yoga Nidra), she founded Die Wunderburg in 2022 together with her husband Daniel in Gmunden, Austria – a center for yoga, Pilates & body therapies. Her teaching combines dynamism, calm, clarity, and a gentle approach to one’s own sweet spot.
Daniel Huemer:
Daniel loves the complexity and diversity of being human. In addition to his conventional medical perspective, osteopathic approaches allow him to gain deeper insights into individual health and provide holistic treatments. Yoga practice is indispensable for him and complements his work as an osteopath and yoga teacher. In his classes, he combines medical knowledge with mindfulness, placing special emphasis on calmness, gentleness, and precise alignment – always with the aim of bringing body and mind into harmony.

Lili loves movement, nature, connection, and personal growth. She enjoys bringing people together and supporting them in shining in their full potential. For her, yoga is the doorway to a space filled with life energy, lightness, and stillness. This led her to the path of teaching yoga and working as a systemic coach. Her classes are characterized by flowing, intuitive movements. She combines challenging asanas with letting go. Smart, balancing sequences and supportive assists are a central part of Lili’s yoga classes, allowing her students to have a lasting and transformative experience.
Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In this way, we draw upon the healing qualities of the elements and find inspiration for our yoga and meditation practice, cultivating balance in both body and mind.
Yoga can have a profound impact on many levels of our being. While stretches and asanas keep the body supple, pranayama and meditation help the mind find peace. Thais will guide you toward a deeper dimension of yourself, enriching your life experience in many ways. Enjoy a retreat that will leave you re-energized and full of new perspectives.

Born in Munich and raised in southern France and Chile in a multicultural environment, Thais sees herself as a world citizen. For her, yoga is an essential part of a conscious lifestyle in harmony with nature and the rhythms of the year. She studied political science and international law and co-owned the Jaya yoga studio in Munich. Inside Flow is a symbiosis of breath, movement and music. In this popular class format, you move fluently on beat to modern music and learn step by step a yoga choreography.
Inside Flow is derived from Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with the synchronization of breath and movement at its core. A constant flow, without beginning, without end. The individual asanas fade into the background, while transitions and flowing movements take center stage. Music becomes an essential part, giving heart and expression to the practice.
The result is a flow, meditation in movement, where the body releases happiness hormones and you experience a flow state on the mat that can be addictive. If you enjoy moving to music and already have some yoga experience, Inside Flow is just right for you!

Anna is an Inside Flow Senior Teacher and lives in Frankfurt. She travels as a trainer for Inside Yoga and Inside Flow throughout the German-speaking region as well as internationally. Her yoga classes come straight from the heart – she gently guides you through dynamic flows that allow you to sensitively feel into your body, tune your heartbeat to the beat of the music, and bring body awareness, thoughts, and emotions together. Her intention is to help you deepen the connection to your body and get to know yourself a little better.
The Subtle Motion Retreat is a short retreat that invites you to discover the power of gentle, conscious movement and targeted breathwork. In just two intensive days, you will experience how subtle impulses in body and breath can regulate your nervous system, foster presence and inner clarity, and give you a deep sense of self-connection.
This is not about classical yoga poses or performance, but about a therapeutically grounded practice tailored to your body and your needs. Every movement, every breath becomes an invitation to feel yourself more deeply, to find calm, and to gently bring your system back into balance.

As nature turns inward and the light softens, this retreat invites you to gather the growth of the past seasons and return to your center. Nestled in the serene landscape of South Tyrol, Harvest Your Fruit is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner rhythm.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the transition from late summer to autumn is connected to the Earth and Metal elements - symbolizing grounding, integrity, and the gentle release of what is no longer needed. Taking a moment to pause and harvest the fruits of your efforts throughout the year.
Through intuitive Vinyasa, nourishing Yin Yoga, meridian-based Acupressure and Crystal Soundbaths, you’ll be guided into deeper presence. Supported by healing food, mountain air, and stillness - this is your time to root down, soften, and gather what truly sustains you.
