Boris Plücken

Boris Plücken is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher as well as a Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher. He has completed numerous trainings and advanced studies in America and Europe with international yoga teachers, as well as in Thai Yoga Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. In his yoga classes, his main focus is on naturally releasing energy and promoting relaxation. With a touch of humor, he combines challenges with gentleness – and often integrates mantras.

Born and raised in Japan, he completed his studies in "Music Pedagogy" at the University of Tokyo, specializing in various massage and sound techniques. Naomi guides people with his calm presence, helping them connect with rhythm and reach a deep state of tranquility – both in his treatments and during his classes.

Michaela Andreolli

Michaela is a certified vitality masseuse, wellness trainer, and yoga teacher. In 2012, she completed her Ayurveda training in India, where she also discovered yoga. A few years later, in 2018, she decided to follow her passion and completed her first Hatha Yoga training. This was followed by further studies in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and bodywork. With her positive, relaxed, and empathetic nature, Michaela combines mindfulness, lightness, and deep body awareness in her classes – always giving her students space for regeneration and creating new energy.

Anna Fink

After gaining valuable experience as a beautician and massage therapist in renowned hotels across South Tyrol, Anna decided to train as a Pilates instructor to deepen her already profound engagement with bodywork.
Since completing her Pilates certification in 2022 at Neustift Monastery in Brixen, she has been teaching both in hotels and in her own courses. Her focus is always on the balance between body and mind. With great mindfulness, she enhances her participants’ body awareness, combining targeted exercises with a refined sense of the body – to counteract physical discomfort and sustainably improve overall well-being.

Body
We bring the body into strength and movement with flowing and dynamic Vinyasa Flow and Intuitive Movements. Yin Yoga and Restorative sessions support you in sinking into deep relaxation and releasing tension. The physical practice brings you back into balance. You will feel freer and lighter and more connected to your body.

Mind
We begin the day in silence with a guided meditation. Gift your mind rest, find clarity, and reduce external stimuli with Yoga Nidra and journaling. Reflect, find stillness, and create inner alignment.

Heart
We also want to do something good for the heart. Together we chant mantras that open your heart and bring you deep into feeling. Let’s dance through the room and let the music touch you.

Soul
In the in-house spa, you can pamper yourself between sessions and let your soul unwind. The special culinary nourishment feeds not only the body but above all the soul. In the loving group, you can share and spend time in community.

About Daniela Mühlbauer

Daniela Mühlbauer is an Advanced Yoga Teacher, professional dancer, and social educator. Besides dance, yoga has been her spiritual guide for many years. With over 900 hours of training, she specializes in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She developed her own concept, Yoga Flow Dance, a fusion of Yoga Flow and Modern Dance. With more than 10 years of experience as a space holder, she leads workshops and retreats both domestically and internationally, as well as dance projects with children and youth. She trains aspiring yoga teachers and works as a lecturer in cultural education and dance pedagogy at the University of Munich.

About Tanja Nicholls

Tanja Nicholls is an expert in movement, mental regeneration, and sustainable transformation. She is the founder of pulsatori, a holistic concept for stress management and performance enhancement. With over 1,750 hours of training in yoga, fascia therapy, spiral dynamics, and bodywork, she deeply understands the impact of movement - on fascia, muscles, the nervous system, and emotions. Through her approach, she effectively and sustainably releases stress from the entire body.

About Barbara Kittel-Holmgren

Barbara Kittel-Holmgren has been training yoga teachers for over 14 years in the tri-border region around Lake Constance. As an AYI Expert, she brings not only profound knowledge but also teaches yoga as a holistic healing approach—far beyond the physical practice. Her deep connection to nature is palpable in everything she does, whether in the harmonious union of breath and movement on the mat or during silent hikes in the mountains. The insights from her mountaineering adventures, complemented by her Life Trust Coaching training with Veit Lindau, flow into her work and enrich every encounter with new perspectives. Her retreats are an invitation to experience depth, clarity, and joy on all levels.
