Our weekly schedule offers everything you need for your holistic relaxation – from energising yoga flows and meditative Yin yoga to powerful Pilates sessions and grounding sound therapy. Boris Plücken

Boris Plücken is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher as well as a Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher. He has completed numerous trainings and advanced studies in America and Europe with international yoga teachers, as well as in Thai Yoga Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. In his yoga classes, his main focus is on naturally releasing energy and promoting relaxation. With a touch of humor, he combines challenges with gentleness – and often integrates mantras.

Naomi is a qualified trainer for "The Five Tibetans®," a Shiatsu practitioner, and an expert in sound techniques with Tibetan singing bowls. Born and raised in Japan, he completed his studies in "Music Pedagogy" at the University of Tokyo, specializing in various massage and sound techniques. Naomi guides people with his calm presence, helping them connect with rhythm and reach a deep state of tranquility – both in his treatments and during his classes.

Michaela Andreolli

Michaela is a certified vitality masseuse, wellness trainer, and yoga teacher. In 2012, she completed her Ayurveda training in India, where she also discovered yoga. A few years later, in 2018, she decided to follow her passion and completed her first Hatha Yoga training. This was followed by further studies in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and bodywork. With her positive, relaxed, and empathetic nature, Michaela combines mindfulness, lightness, and deep body awareness in her classes – always giving her students space for regeneration and creating new energy.

After gaining valuable experience as a beautician and massage therapist in renowned hotels across South Tyrol, Anna decided to train as a Pilates instructor at Neustift Monastery in Brixen. Since then she has been teaching both in hotels and in her own courses, always focused on the balance between body and mind. With great mindfulness, she enhances her participants’ body awareness, combining targeted exercises with a refined sense of the body – to counteract physical discomfort and sustainably improve overall well-being.

Our upcoming retreats

Three days just for you, Mama. No childcare, no to-do lists, no “having to function.” Just time for yourself, your body, and your mind – to recharge, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether your child is still a baby or already at school, this retreat is for you if you long for a pause to return full of energy.

Perhaps you want to come with your best friend or treat yourself to this special break alone. For everything we mothers do every day, we deserve to consciously put ourselves first for once.

In our movement sessions, you can adjust the level and intensity at any time – no Pilates experience is necessary. We work the entire body, strengthen the pelvic floor and core, improve mobility and posture. You’ll break a sweat while sinking into a focused, relaxed atmosphere. Of course, there’s plenty of space for relaxation: time at the pool, on a sun lounger, in the spa, or simply with a good book.

In our Women Circle, we discuss topics that matter to you as a mother, exchange experiences, and offer insights that help you return to everyday life feeling strong. In the Coaching Circle, we focus individually on your needs: we address discomfort, show you targeted exercises to reach your goals or relieve tension. On request, diastasis recti can be addressed, or pelvic floor questions clarified.

Our goal: You return home with fully charged mama-batteries, more ease, and inner calm.

About Little by Little

Little by Little is a Movement & Lifestyle studio in Munich, founded in 2021 by Amalie Obitz Mogensen and Juliane Doyle. Both are mothers of two and know the mental and physical challenges of everyday motherhood from personal experience – and from their daily work with mothers in the studio’s classes, workshops, and retreats. The two lead the retreat with understanding, expertise, and plenty of empathy.

About Lisa Ratzesberger

Lisa is yoga teacher and spiritual life coach from Munich.
In 2022, she left her permanent position at BMW to follow her heart. Her vision is to guide you into your full strength, to help your light shine brightly, and to empower you to create a life on your own terms. As your companion on this journey, she sees you, listens to you, and creates a safe space filled with warmth and appreciation. She encourages you to simply be yourself, because everything you need is already within you.

Rest and Recharge accompanies you on your journey into deep inner peace – to a place where you can truly perceive yourself, clear your mind, and recharge your batteries. You can expect a mindful combination of active and quiet, restorative yoga sessions, complemented by somatic work, meditation, and coaching tools.

In the mornings, we will have a balancing and cleansing session of meditation, yoga, and somatic techniques. In the afternoons, a calm and regenerative practice awaits you. Depending on the group’s energy and needs it will be enriched with breathwork, coaching tools, somatic exercises, and meditations. Sophia uses yoga not only as a physical practice but as a holistic tool to harmonise the body–mind–soul system.

Outside of the sessions, you can create your own personal programme – from activities in nature to relaxation in the wellness area. Although the retreat has a central theme, it will evolve into an individual journey shaped by the energy of the group, the place, and the moment.

This way whatever disturbs your harmony – be it physical, emotional, mental, or energetic blockages – can dissolve. Energy can flow again, and we perceive this renewed flow as inner clarity, strength, balance, and vitality. This requires peace and time to work with body, breath, mind, and energy. Only when our nervous system feels safe can it relax, release, and realign. Sophia creates the space for this process during the retreat and guides you safely through it.

About Sophia Thora

Sophia is a psychological coach, yoga teacher, and trainer.
Her personal journey led her from a degree in psychology and further training in stress management and NLP, through various fitness and personal trainer certifications, to yoga. She completed her yoga training with Sivananda Yoga (Hatha Yoga), Simon Park (Liquid Flow Yoga / Vinyasa Yoga), and Susan Michel (Yoga Therapy, among others), as well as through additional workshops with teachers such as Mark Stephens and Chad Hamrin.
Since 2015, she has been working full-time as a psychologist, yoga teacher, and trainer in Munich. In 2018, she co-founded the Kale & Cake studio for BodyMind Therapy in Munich together with Sinah Diepold. Since early 2025 she is working as a self-employed yoga teacher and coach.
