Our weekly schedule offers everything you need for your holistic relaxation – from energising yoga flows and meditative Yin yoga to powerful Pilates sessions and grounding sound therapy. We want to help you reconnect with yourself. Mindful cooking classes, guided hikes, movement therapy, fitness and dance offerings complete the program.

Boris Plücken
Boris Plücken is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher as well as a Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher. He has completed numerous trainings and advanced studies in America and Europe with international yoga teachers, as well as in Thai Yoga Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. In his yoga classes, his main focus is on naturally releasing energy and promoting relaxation. With a touch of humor, he combines challenges with gentleness – and often integrates mantras.

Naomi is a qualified trainer for "The Five Tibetans®," a Shiatsu practitioner, and an expert in sound techniques with Tibetan singing bowls. Born and raised in Japan, he completed his studies in "Music Pedagogy" at the University of Tokyo, specializing in various massage and sound techniques. Naomi guides people with his calm presence, helping them connect with rhythm and reach a deep state of tranquility – both in his treatments and during his classes.

Michaela Andreolli
Michaela is a certified vitality masseuse, wellness trainer, and yoga teacher. In 2012, she completed her Ayurveda training in India, where she also discovered yoga. A few years later, in 2018, she decided to follow her passion and completed her first Hatha Yoga training. This was followed by further studies in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and bodywork. With her positive, relaxed, and empathetic nature, Michaela combines mindfulness, lightness, and deep body awareness in her classes – always giving her students space for regeneration and creating new energy.

After gaining valuable experience as a beautician and massage therapist in renowned hotels across South Tyrol, Anna decided to train as a Pilates instructor at Neustift Monastery in Brixen. Since then she has been teaching both in hotels and in her own courses, always focused on the balance between body and mind. With great mindfulness, she enhances her participants’ body awareness, combining targeted exercises with a refined sense of the body – to counteract physical discomfort and sustainably improve overall well-being.

Patrick Steves shares in his classes what he has experienced through yoga and what has transformed his life. With kindness and consistency, he guides his students on a journey carried by breath, rhythm, focus, and strength. The foundation of his classes – both challenging and gentle – lies in the traditional yoga paths and Jivamukti Yoga, while also integrating other elements such as the chanting of mantras.

Your practice begins where you are ready to go deeper. This retreat invites you to explore your yoga practice intensively for four days – both physically and mentally. Surrounded by the mountains of South Tyrol, a space arises where you can turn fully towards yourself with curiosity, playful ease, and focused presence.
Daniela will guide you, supported by guest teacher Carolin, through 90–120 minute yoga classes that will challenge and inspire you. We will work precisely on technique and alignment, practice powerful drills, and cultivate body awareness as well as mental clarity – the foundation to noticeably deepen your practice. Step by step, we will approach more complex asanas such as arm balances, backbends, and inversions. The focus is not on mastering a pose quickly, but on walking the path consciously and safely – supported by mindfulness, technique, and trust in your own strength.
Whether you want to refine your practice, try something new, or reconnect more deeply with yourself – this retreat creates the space for growth, expansion, and inner peace.

Daniela Mühlbauer is an Advanced Yoga Teacher, professional dance artist, and social pedagogue. She has specialized in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and on this foundation, she developed her own concept: Yoga Flow Dance – a fusion of yoga and modern dance. Her teaching is characterized by spiritual depth and extensive experience in bodywork. In her classes, precise alignment, creative flow, music & mantras, and profound knowledge come together in a holistic practice.
Carolin Krüger is a certified yoga teacher with training in Vinyasa Yoga (Sangyé Yoga School, London) and Hatha Yoga according to Talia Sutra. Since 2019, she has been teaching at various studios in Munich and leading classes and workshops with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, inversions, and heart-opening sequences. Her work combines precise alignment with a deep sensitivity to the body and nervous system.

Nadine has been teaching yoga for 17 years – with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and meditation. Her style is powerful, humorous, and at the same time profound. She combines movement with mindfulness and creates spaces where people can truly arrive on the mat and draw strength.
As the founder of the Retreaters platform, she combines her passion for travel with the transformative power of yoga – guiding people on mindful retreats across Europe.
Today, her focus is mainly on training new yoga teachers and sharing her knowledge – with heart, clarity, and ease. She lives in Cologne and teaches regularly in studios there, as well as on retreats both in Germany and abroad.
