Boris Plücken

Boris Plücken is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher as well as a Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher. He has completed numerous trainings and advanced studies in America and Europe with international yoga teachers, as well as in Thai Yoga Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. In his yoga classes, his main focus is on naturally releasing energy and promoting relaxation. With a touch of humor, he combines challenges with gentleness – and often integrates mantras.

Naomi is a qualified trainer for "The Five Tibetans®," a Shiatsu practitioner, and an expert in sound techniques with Tibetan singing bowls. Born and raised in Japan, he completed his studies in "Music Pedagogy" at the University of Tokyo, specializing in various massage and sound techniques. Naomi guides people with his calm presence, helping them connect with rhythm and reach a deep state of tranquility – both in his treatments and during his classes.

Michaela Andreolli

Michaela is a certified vitality masseuse, wellness trainer, and yoga teacher. In 2012, she completed her Ayurveda training in India, where she also discovered yoga. A few years later, in 2018, she decided to follow her passion and completed her first Hatha Yoga training. This was followed by further studies in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and bodywork. With her positive, relaxed, and empathetic nature, Michaela combines mindfulness, lightness, and deep body awareness in her classes – always giving her students space for regeneration and creating new energy.

Sandra Schöpf

Sandra is a trained and experienced massage therapist, beautician, and Pilates instructor. She combines in-depth expertise with a deeply mindful approach to the body. Her practice is shaped by calmness, presence, and a conscious sense of pace. Through mindfully guided exercises, she strengthens and mobilises the body in her Pilates classes while fostering balance and body awareness. Equally important are the conscious perception of the body and the precise execution of movement - creating greater stability, ease, and overall wellbeing.

Our upcoming retreats

Bärbel teaches in the heartfelt YOGAMOUR style – a refreshing blend of dynamism, lightness, and mindfulness. In the mornings, we flow together through energizing Vinyasa sequences, while the late afternoons invite you to calming Yin Yoga sessions, accompanied by breathing exercises and meditation.

The retreat begins with a slightly more dynamic Welcome Yoga session – the perfect way to arrive, let go, and ease into the days ahead.

With Bärbel’s attentive yoga sequences, powerful flows, and back-friendly Yin Asanas, you strengthen your body awareness and discover an upright, proud posture – both inside and out. You’ll take home this newfound lightness and joy.

About Bärbel Mießner

Bärbel has been practicing yoga since 1999. In 2008, she completed her 800-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jivamukti Yoga in New York and Munich. She continued her education with trainings in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, as well as Svastha Yoga Therapy. In the summer of 2017, Bärbel completed a YogAlign teacher training with Michaelle Edwards. For those who want to get to know Bärbel beforehand, her lovingly self-produced yoga videos are available on plus.yogamour.de.

About Dr. med. Anne Latz and Toan Nguyen

Dr. med. Anne Latz is a specialist in nutritional medicine and holds a doctorate in neuroscience. In 2022, she co-founded the health start-up “Hello Inside”. Active in numerous networks, she advocates for personalized prevention, health promotion and communication, and the fair and smart use of new technologies. Her mission is to help people optimize their eating habits and find individual solutions for their health needs. About Lili Borgwardt

Lili loves movement, nature, connection, and personal growth. She enjoys bringing people together and supporting them in shining in their full potential. For her, yoga is the doorway to a space filled with life energy, lightness, and stillness. This led her to the path of teaching yoga and working as a systemic coach. Her classes are characterized by flowing, intuitive movements. She combines challenging asanas with letting go. Smart, balancing sequences and supportive assists are a central part of Lili’s yoga classes, allowing her students to have a lasting and transformative experience.
