We live the Slow Food Philosophy by choosing ingredients that are fresh, seasonal, local and of the highest quality. The butter and honey served at breakfast come from carefully selected farms and mountain huts in the Ulten Valley. Our eggs are supplied by the neighbouring farm, where the hens roam freely.

We source fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs from our own garden as well as from carefully selected local producers. Our juices, beers, wines and spirits are sourced primarily from South Tyrol and the surrounding region. Alongside these regional specialities, we also offer a carefully curated selection of international wines and spirits.
