About Stine Lethan

Stine is a renowned Yoga Embodiment teacher with 18 years of teaching experience. She is a life coach and former professional dancer, which makes her teaching style unique – holistic, therapeutic, and heartfelt. She lived in Berlin for 25 years, where she completed her yoga training in Vinyasa Flow with a master’s degree in Anusara Yoga. For 16 years, she taught at @spirityogaberlin, one of the largest yoga Vinyasa and training institutes in Berlin, where she also worked as a mentor for yoga teacher trainings.

About Ann-Sophie & Michele

Ann-Sophie Briest is a medical doctor, yoga therapist, and homeopath, as well as the founder of Yoga Medizin Konstanz. She supports people on their journey toward holistic healing and deep self-development. Her approach combines medical knowledge with yoga therapy, strengthens the body's self-healing powers, and addresses the root causes of health issues. In her retreats and sessions, she creates a safe space for self-connection, inner balance, and holistic transformation.

Michele Manderscheid is a freelance yoga teacher with training in Hatha Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, and yoga therapy. She discovered her path to yoga during an intense personal phase of life, seeking to regain balance. Michele gently guides you toward inner peace, trust, and clarity. About Steven Barret

Steven Barrett is a healing practitioner for psychotherapy and yoga teacher. He completed his training in classical dance at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt and at The Australian Ballet School in Melbourne.
After ending his active career as a dancer, he turned to yoga, completing his Yoga Teacher Training (Certified Yoga Alliance) according to the teachings of Swami Sivananda in South India, and continued his studies at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Munich.
Since 2003, Steven has been teaching in various yoga studios, leading retreats in Germany and abroad, and is part of the teacher training faculty at the Patrick Broome Yoga Academy.
In addition, he works as a psychotherapist in his own practice in Munich.

About Bärbel Mießner

Bärbel has been practicing yoga since 1999. In 2008, she completed her 800-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jivamukti Yoga in New York and Munich. She continued her education with trainings in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, as well as Svastha Yoga Therapy. In the summer of 2017, Bärbel completed a YogAlign teacher training with Michaelle Edwards. Born in Munich and raised in southern France and Chile in a multicultural environment, Thais sees herself as a world citizen. For her, yoga is an essential part of a conscious lifestyle in harmony with nature and the rhythms of the year. The guiding thread of the retreat is grounding. In the mornings, we practice powerful, precise Jivamukti Yoga that strengthens stability, clarity, and inner alignment. Meditation and Pranayama help collect the mind and fully settle into the body. In the evenings, Yin and Restorative Yoga lead to deep relaxation, accompanied by poetry, nature texts, and stories.

Even off the mat, we connect with the earth. In the fermentation and cooking workshop, we work with vegetables, herbs, and roots, directly from the Villa Arnica garden and the surrounding nature. You will experience how nourishing it is to prepare food with your own hands. Together, we explore simple techniques of fermenting and pickling that you can apply at home.

The retreat concludes with a “Garden to Table” cooking class and shared dinner. We take time to slow down together, experience community, and ground ourselves sustainably.

The Ride & Release Edition is a retreat for women who want to combine physical challenge on the road bike with mindful deceleration through yoga and wellness.

In the midst of the South Tyrolean vineyards, a special combination awaits you: guided road bike rides with the female cycling force and regenerative yoga. The retreat combines the best of two worlds: active road cycling stages through the breathtaking landscape and somatic yoga in the light-filled glass house of Villa Arnica.

In the mornings and evenings, we will jointly immerse ourselves in mindful yoga and meditation practices. Liz Ehrenecker teaches, shares, and lives modern spirituality. Her work enbodies vitality, connection, and zest for life. About Timo Wahl

Timo Wahl discovered his love for yoga in 1998. He first studied Hatha Yoga in the tradition of Swami Sivananda and B.K.S. Iyengar, and later devoted himself intensively to Vinyasa Yoga. He completed training and advanced education with some of the world’s most renowned yoga teachers. He is not only a certified yoga teacher but also trains others. In his teaching, he draws on his extensive anatomical knowledge gained through his studies in sports science. He is especially known for his training programs in anatomy and alignment.

As yoga and meditation teacher with a therapeutic and trauma-sensitive focus, Anja cares deeply about supporting people in a holistic way. About Bärbel Mießner

Bärbel has been practicing yoga since 1999. In 2008, she completed her 800-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jivamukti Yoga in New York and Munich. About Brooke McNamara

Brooke McNamara is a poet, meditation instructor, and transmitted Zen teacher and lineage holder. She has published two books of poems: Bury the Seed and Feed Your Vow. She loves to create poems from three main ingredients: the raw material of everyday life, wholehearted and visceral listening, and the mind of meditation. For her poetry, Brooke is the recipient of the Charles B. Palmer prize from the Academy of American Poets.

She has taught at Naropa University in Yoga Studies and at the University of Colorado, Boulder in Dance. Brooke is president and a founding teacher at Dragon Lake Zen, and teaches in-person and online courses and retreats to facilitate the awakening of innate wisdom, compassion, artistry, and play. She lives in Boulder, CO with her husband, Rob, their two sons, Lundin and Orion.

Cathrin works as a self-leadership coach, yoga teacher, and mindfulness expert. About Sophia Thora

Sophia is a psychological coach, yoga teacher, and trainer.
Her personal journey led her from a degree in psychology and further training in stress management and NLP, through various fitness and personal trainer certifications, to yoga. She completed her yoga training with Sivananda Yoga (Hatha Yoga), Simon Park (Liquid Flow Yoga / Vinyasa Yoga), and Susan Michel (Yoga Therapy, among others), as well as through additional workshops with teachers such as Mark Stephens and Chad Hamrin.
Since 2015, she has been working full-time as a psychologist, yoga teacher, and trainer in Munich. In 2018, she co-founded the Kale & Cake studio for BodyMind Therapy in Munich together with Sinah Diepold. Since early 2025 she is working as a self-employed yoga teacher and coach.

About Daniela Mühlbauer

Daniela Mühlbauer is an Advanced Yoga Teacher, professional dancer, and social educator. Besides dance, yoga has been her spiritual guide for many years. With over 900 hours of training, she specializes in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She developed her own concept, Yoga Flow Dance, a fusion of Yoga Flow and Modern Dance. About Magdalena Tauber

Magdalena is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and mother of little sunshine Lotta. Yoga came into her life in 2008, and five years later, she completed her first yoga teacher training in India. Further teacher trainings followed with Karin Furtmeier and Diana Sans.
