Stine Lethan invites you to an extended Yoga Embodiment Weekend – A Journey to Yourself
Are you looking for deceleration far from your everyday life? Do you want to delve deeper into your yoga practice? Do you want to gather yourself and find your inner center?
This retreat offers a clear focus on the essentials in the moment – silence, clarity, and grounding within yourself. We will detox and slow down through all facets of yogic teachings: physical, mental, and emotional.
Meet yourself in the process of change and healing through the Yoga Embodiment practice. The master classes provide impulses and, with their open workshop principle, are both healing and invigorating. Stine creates theme-based classes that show participants their own potential and set impulses for growth.

The Ride & Release Edition is a retreat for women who want to combine physical challenge on the road bike with mindful deceleration through yoga and wellness.
In the midst of the South Tyrolean vineyards, a special combination awaits you: guided road bike rides with the female cycling force and regenerative yoga. The retreat combines the best of two worlds: active road cycling stages through the breathtaking landscape and somatic yoga in the light-filled glass house of Villa Arnica.
In the mornings and evenings, we will jointly immerse ourselves in mindful yoga and meditation practices. Here, you will not only find recovery for strained muscles but also valuable time for yourself. The female cycling force will then accompany you with safe guidance, offer you room to learn, and convey a great sense of community, allowing you to experience road cycling anew.
The retreat is aimed at women who are looking for both challenge and deceleration - without sacrificing indulgence.

Inside Flow is a symbiosis of breath, movement and music. In this popular class format, you move fluently on beat to modern music and learn step by step a yoga choreography.
Inside Flow is derived from Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with the synchronization of breath and movement at its core. A constant flow, without beginning, without end. The individual asanas fade into the background, while transitions and flowing movements take center stage. Music becomes an essential part, giving heart and expression to the practice.
The result is a flow, meditation in movement, where the body releases happiness hormones and you experience a flow state on the mat that can be addictive. If you enjoy moving to music and already have some yoga experience, Inside Flow is just right for you!

The Subtle Motion Retreat is a short retreat that invites you to discover the power of gentle, conscious movement and targeted breathwork. In just two intensive days, you will experience how subtle impulses in body and breath can regulate your nervous system, foster presence and inner clarity, and give you a deep sense of self-connection.

Late afternoons we'll reconvene for meditation and workshop time to read, write and connect. After dinner will be free flow time again, to dive deeper into your research and creations, or relax and play.
In these times of rapid change, challenge, and opportunity, it is vital that we connect in brave, supportive community to remind ourselves of the nutrients embedded in reality – the powerful ways that pain and loss carve through our beings, the delicious refreshment of beauty in all its forms, and the ultimate satisfaction of resting as our true nature: vast, unborn, and indestructible.

Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In this way, we draw upon the healing qualities of the elements and find inspiration for our yoga and meditation practice, cultivating balance in both body and mind.
Yoga can have a profound impact on many levels of our being. While stretches and asanas keep the body supple, pranayama and meditation help the mind find peace. Thais will guide you toward a deeper dimension of yourself, enriching your life experience in many ways. Enjoy a retreat that will leave you re-energized and full of new perspectives.

As nature turns inward and the light softens, this retreat invites you to gather the growth of the past seasons and return to your center. Nestled in the serene landscape of South Tyrol, Harvest Your Fruit is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner rhythm.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the transition from late summer to autumn is connected to the Earth and Metal elements - symbolizing grounding, integrity, and the gentle release of what is no longer needed. Taking a moment to pause and harvest the fruits of your efforts throughout the year.
Through intuitive Vinyasa, nourishing Yin Yoga, meridian-based Acupressure and Crystal Soundbaths, you’ll be guided into deeper presence. Supported by healing food, mountain air, and stillness - this is your time to root down, soften, and gather what truly sustains you.

When October bathes the world in warm light and nature slowly withdraws, this retreat invites you to do the same. It is a space where you can sink into a protective cocoon, gather strength, let go, and reconnect with yourself. A space where you breathe deeply, come to rest, and sense what within you is ready to shine.
In the quiet and aesthetic ambience of Hotel Schwarzschmied in Lana, a place naturally infused with calm comes to life. Nestled between vineyards, orchards, and the soft panorama of the South Tyrolean mountains, the hotel feels like a world of its own. Warm steam rises from the pool, golden light touches art and architecture, and the rooms made of natural materials and light wood carry a serenity you feel immediately. The slow-food cuisine, the spa, and the clear, understated design support you in softening, arriving in your body, and unwinding.
The mornings belong to a gentle yet powerful practice that grounds and strengthens you. Movement and breath guide you back to your center, giving you presence and clarity. The evenings open a soft space of Yin Yoga, gentle Reiki, sound, and journaling. Here you may sink, feel, and relax into stillness.
The highlight of this retreat is The Cocoon Night on Wednesday evening. We gather for a cacao ceremony that gently touches your heart space, accompanied by a guided heart journey and journaling prompts. Afterwards, we meet around the fire, where you can release - through a quiet ritual - what no longer belongs to the coming season. It is an evening filled with warmth, connection, and inner radiance - a moment of clarity and a return to yourself.
On the final morning, we close the space with a soft closing practice and a small closing circle. You leave with a sense of peace, spaciousness, and renewed strength.

Céline is from Zurich and teaches yoga with a modern, authentic, and intuitive approach. Her main focus is on flowing Vinyasa classes complemented by mindful Hatha elements, while gentle yoga sessions combined with Reiki are also part of her repertoire. Through the conscious combination of movement and breath, she creates space for inner calm, clarity, and true presence. Meditation and pranayama support this holistic approach and invite practitioners to return to balance.
Take a conscious break from everyday life and discover what it feels like when movement, rest, and clarity return to balance. This retreat invites you to step back and reconnect with yourself.
Intentional Living means not only organizing life, but consciously shaping it - feeling what your body needs, using your energy mindfully, and creating space for rest, clarity, and new perspectives.
Look forward to a balanced combination of powerful and regenerative movement sessions, mindful bodywork, breathing practices, meditation, and impulses from neuro-mental training and coaching. The practice combines yoga, functional movement, and fascia work with conscious breathing and mental reflection.
At the heart of the retreat is intention-based movement. Instead of focusing on performance or perfection, the aim is to consciously perceive the body, build strength, improve mobility, and release tension. At the same time, calming evening practices help regulate the nervous system and allow deep relaxation. Step by step, this creates a sense of stability, lightness, and clarity - both physically and mentally.

Jessica Klimach is a certified 500-hour yoga teacher and the founder of the innovative FLEX&FLOW® method – a powerful system that combines functional strength, fluid mobility, and intelligent movement patterns for lasting results. With over 14 years of yoga experience and a personal journey shaped by injuries and training plateaus, she helps people move with greater strength, freedom, and ease. Her dynamic method goes far beyond traditional yoga, Pilates, or barre: it builds functional power, enhances mobility, and intentionally avoids conventional workouts – for real, sustainable transformation.
Do you sometimes feel like you’re just functioning and no longer truly connected to yourself? Perhaps you’re successful, organized, and present for others, yet still sense an underlying exhaustion and inner restlessness. Often, our nervous system remains in a constant state of stress without us even noticing.
This retreat is a gentle invitation to step out of constant doing. You will learn how to consciously regulate your nervous system, with a focus on the vagus nerve as a key to regeneration, emotional stability, and a healthy response to stress.
We intentionally take time to pause, replenish your energy, and prepare for the winter season before the year grows louder, the holiday rush begins, and the calendar fills up even more. Together, we create a space where you can truly feel your body again, allow your nervous system to settle, and reconnect with a sense of safety, clarity, and inner balance.
In this retreat, you will learn practical methods to build mental and physical strength, inner calm, and resilience. Through a holistic yoga and coaching approach, Gabriela Bozic guides you back to balance, grounding, and inner strength. Between the shared sessions, there is dedicated time for integration, silence, and enjoyment. Each class offers subtle impulses from yoga philosophy and coaching to help you integrate the retreat experience into daily life, personal practice, or teaching - clear, contemporary, and directly accessible.

Four days of yoga, stillness and inner warmth with Brooklyn Reardon. As the world turns inward and the days grow shorter, we gather at the beautiful Hotel Schwarzschmied in South Tyrol for a four-day winter retreat - a time to slow down, soften, and reconnect to the quiet rhythms within.
Together we’ll create space to pause before the deep winter months, nourishing body and mind through daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, and moments of reflective stillness. This retreat is an invitation to turn toward yourself with care - to move gently, breathe deeply, and remember the grounding beauty of simplicity.
Between practices, you’ll have time to enjoy nourishing meals, the warmth of the spa, the calm of the surrounding nature, and the cozy luxury of Hotel Schwarzschmied’s mountain setting.
This retreat is for anyone wishing to reconnect, reflect, and restore - to welcome the colder season not with resistance, but with presence and openness.
Highlights:
- Twice-daily yoga and meditation with Brooklyn
- Grounding seasonal rituals and restorative practices
- Ample time for rest, spa, and nature walks
- Nourishing local cuisine and beautiful accommodation
Come as you are, and let this retreat be your gentle turning point - a deep exhale before winter truly begins.
Original Feelings is known for creating spaces filled with depth, warmth, and presence. Their retreats offer more than just yoga – they give you the opportunity to remember what it feels like to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with what truly matters.
Brooklyn Reardon, Senior Teacher and long-standing member of the Original Feelings team, guides you on a journey that supports both your body and your heart with her grounded presence, intuitive way of teaching, and her ability to fill a room with depth and softness.
Experience the magic of Somatic Yin Yoga and reconnect with yourself. Liz invites you to escape the hectic everyday life and immerse yourself in an oasis of peace, inner calm, and deep self-awareness. Here you will have the opportunity to reflect on the past year, let go, and start the new year feeling empowered.
This retreat is dedicated entirely to Somatic Yin Yoga, a practice that focuses on somatic learning and encourages you to explore and embody your senses in their full depth. Through gentle, long-held Yin positions and the application of somatic principles, you will not only physically relax but also release emotional and mental blockages. Embodiment teaches you not only to perceive your senses but also to embody them, allowing you to listen more consciously to your body and mind.

Magdalena is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and mother of little sunshine Lotta. Yoga came into her life in 2008, and five years later, she completed her first yoga teacher training in India. Further teacher trainings followed with Karin Furtmeier and Diana Sans. She has been teaching since 2015 and has been leading yoga retreats and journeys in South Tyrol and all over Italy for several years. In 2024, she completed her training as a Kundalini yoga teacher. Her mission is to bring you closer to your inner light and let it shine outward!
This retreat invites you to discover what truly nourishes you. Beyond daily routines, free from roles and expectations, a space opens where you can remember your physical and emotional resources, and the gentle voice that leads you back to yourself.
In the morning, we practice Ashtanga Yoga Innovation Flow – precise, clear, and creative. A practice that strengthens the body, deepens the breath, and guides the nervous system into a stable, vibrant balance. In the early evening, we turn to Vipassana meditation techniques, accompanied by delicate singing bowls that calm the mind and lead the heart into depth. Together we explore the essence of nourishment on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. In the evening sessions we reflect: What forces support me? What resources are available to me? What within me wants to be nourished so I can grow, heal, and live with strength?
Barbara Kittel-Holmgren guides you with her clear, poetic, and passionate style. Each session is infused with her interdisciplinary knowledge, weaving together bodywork, nervous system research, breath techniques, and meditation. This creates a space where movement, stillness, and insight nourish each other and allow your inner strength to unfold.

For 17 years, Barbara Kittel-Holmgren has been training yoga teachers in the Lake Constance region. As an Ashtanga Yoga Innovation expert, she conveys yoga as a holistic, scientifically grounded healing approach that reaches far beyond the purely physical practice. Her work is shaped by deep knowledge, precise teaching, and a passionate, enthusiastic style that touches people and leads them into their own strength. Her retreats are always an invitation to come home to yourself, discover resources, and find the inner nourishment that strengthens, supports, and transforms.
As the days grow shorter and the year slowly draws to a close, this retreat invites you to let go, recharge, and strengthen your inner balance.
In psychologist-led group and individual sessions, you will learn to reduce stress using your own abilities and to integrate mindfulness as a source of calm and clarity into your life. You will discover which inner resources are available to you, how to activate them deliberately, and how to strengthen your self-confidence.
Through practical and effective exercises, you will learn to identify stressors early and to face them with inner stability. This creates space to find calm and consciously enjoy the present moment. Complementary relaxation and mindfulness exercises support you in letting go, centring yourself, and gaining new perspectives. Alongside the intensive practice phases, there is time for exchange, restorative silence, and the conscious enjoyment of nature, movement, and nourishing cuisine.
This retreat is suitable, if you:
- feel stressed, exhausted, or mentally burdened in your daily life
- want to gift yourself time for self-care
- are looking for inspiration for a mindful and calm approach to stress

After the retreat:
Maja will continue to support you after the retreat. In a 30-minute online session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your experience, clarify any open questions, and explore together how to sustainably integrate what you have learned into your daily life.
Maja Fenn is a psychologist (M.Sc.) who accompanies people with empathy and expertise on their journey toward improved mental health and inner balance. She supports individuals during times of stress, personal crises, or professional overwhelm, as well as in coping with a diagnosis. Her goal is to jointly find ways to restore lightness and stability. In her retreats, Maja creates spaces where participants can gain new insights, deeply relax, and return to everyday life with renewed energy and clarity.
This retreat is not about diving even deeper into the energy of the new year. Instead, it invites you to take a step back and ask yourself how you truly want to shape the year ahead - beyond goals, pressure and expectations. What would you like to cultivate more consciously? What do you want to protect? And what would you like to have less of in your life?
We'll spend a few days together with movement, rest, nourishing food, time in nature and moments of stillness - creating enough space to hear your own thoughts clearly again. This isn't about achieving, optimising or having all the answers. It's about arriving in the new year with calm, clarity and intention.

Original Feelings Studio from Berlin creates spaces filled with depth, warmth and presence. Their retreats offer more than yoga – they invite you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with what truly matters. Inspired by emotions such as joy, lightness, sadness, uncertainty, fear and anger, they encourage you to welcome every feeling and consciously explore the full spectrum of your emotional world.
In a gentle blend of BECOMINGME YOGA, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and journaling practices, space unfolds for both movement and stillness, for retreat and new expansiveness.
The practice is intentionally slow-paced, rooted in grounding, presence, and mindful awareness. Between breath, movement, and moments of silence, an inner landscape begins to emerge - a place where renewed energy arises through rest, clarity, and connection.
Inner Landscapes is a retreat for anyone longing for a conscious pause - time to breathe deeply, let go, and reconnect with themselves.
BECOMINGME YOGA®
Developed by Robert Chatterjee Ehrenbrand, this yoga method combines dynamic movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation. It challenges the body, brings mental clarity and helps release physical and mental tension. You'll learn to recognise habitual patterns more consciously and discover new perspectives. An intensive, holistic practice for anyone who sees yoga as a path to greater presence and self-awareness.

Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher Mitali and her husband Robert - an internationally touring musician, business psychologist, and yoga teacher - both grew up with yoga and mantras.
As the daughter of a Bengali tabla master, Mitali was introduced to India's spiritual traditions from an early age. Robert discovered mantra meditation through Bhakti Yoga and went on to develop his own yoga system, BECOMINGME YOGA.
Together, as The Sat Nam Sessions, they combine music, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation. With great dedication, they share mantras, mudras, yoga philosophy, and meditative practices, guiding people on their journey toward greater awareness and inner connection.
Slow down. Soften. Reconnect.

Go deeper. Grow stronger.
Your practice begins where you are ready to go deeper. This retreat invites you to explore your yoga practice intensively for four days – both physically and mentally. Surrounded by the mountains of South Tyrol, a space arises where you can turn fully towards yourself with curiosity, playful ease, and focused presence.
Daniela will guide you, supported by guest teacher Carolin, through 90–120 minute yoga classes that will challenge and inspire you. We will work precisely on technique and alignment, practice powerful drills, and cultivate body awareness as well as mental clarity – the foundation to noticeably deepen your practice. Step by step, we will approach more complex asanas such as arm balances, backbends, and inversions. The focus is not on mastering a pose quickly, but on walking the path consciously and safely – supported by mindfulness, technique, and trust in your own strength.
Whether you want to refine your practice, try something new, or reconnect more deeply with yourself – this retreat creates the space for growth, expansion, and inner peace.

There are moments when you stand right in the middle of life - and still cannot feel yourself. When functioning has become second nature. When you know what you are doing, but no longer remember what it feels like. This retreat is an invitation to return.
Over four days, you are invited into movement, sound, and new spaces of experience. Yoga, somatic practices, and sound merge into one another. This is not a program designed to make you better, slimmer, or more productive. It is a space designed to make you feel again.
We work with the body for what it truly is: the most direct path back to yourself. Through breath, movement, and conscious awareness - slow and dynamic, still and alive - connection begins to emerge. To yourself. To the present moment. To what is truly there.
Feel it all does not mean you have to hold everything. It means allowing yourself to feel again: the joy, the heaviness, the life in you.

Sinah Diepold has guided people back to themselves for years. She unites yoga, dance, functional training, somatic practices, and sound to create holistic experiences that truly awaken the body. March is a season of new beginnings. Nature awakens, the light returns, and you may feel the call to begin something new within yourself. This retreat is designed for exactly that. An invitation to pause, reconnect, and deepen your yoga practice.
Through flowing Vinyasa, restorative Yin Yoga, meditation, and pranayama, space begins to open – for yourself, for stillness, and for renewed energy. You’ll bring body and mind into harmony, set fresh intentions, and take exactly what you need in this moment: rest, inspiration, or simply the chance to breathe deeply.
Mornings begin in silence with meditation and pranayama, followed by a flowing asana practice that welcomes the day with clarity and ease. Evening sessions are intentionally gentler – Yin, Restorative Yoga, or Yoga Nidra – allowing body and mind to fully unwind. In between, the time is yours: for walks in the spring landscape, moments of enjoyment at the hotel, or simply quiet reflection.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, all levels are welcome.

Instead, it offers an experiential space where you can better understand your body, become more aware of your individual needs, and cultivate new forms of presence.

This retreat invites you to step out of constant functioning, reconnect more consciously with your body, and deepen the connection to your inner voice.
In everyday life, we often carry experiences, emotions, and inner patterns within the body and nervous system for long periods of time without truly having access to them. When we slow down and begin to consciously work with the body, breath, and inner awareness, processes of release and integration can begin to unfold - physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. This often creates a greater sense of vitality, clarity, connection, and inner freedom.
You can expect a mindful combination of flowing and restorative yoga sessions, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and coaching. The practices support you in becoming more aware of yourself, connecting with your intuition, and developing trust in your own path.
In the morning, you will begin with an activating and cleansing practice combining meditation, yoga, and somatic techniques. In the afternoon, the focus shifts into a calmer and more inward experience through breathwork, coaching, gentle yoga, and meditation.
The retreat will naturally evolve into an individual journey shaped by the energy of the group, the place, and the moment.

Liz and Claudia dedicate this retreat to the art of living well. Not as a matter of self-optimisation, but as a practice - something to return to, refine and begin again, time and time again. Through the body and the face, they offer two complementary paths that support and deepen one another.
Liz begins from within. Through Somatic Yoga, Yin and stillness, she guides you back to your body - to the place where your nervous system decides whether to hold on or let go. Not as a concept, but as a lived experience: noticing what is present. Feeling what is ready to soften and release.
Claudia begins from the outside. Everything your nervous system carries eventually becomes visible - in a tense jaw, a busy forehead or eyes that look more tired than you feel. Your face reflects what is happening within. Through Face Yoga and Gua Sha, you'll learn to shape that story: releasing tension, awakening the muscles and revealing your natural radiance.
Together, their perspectives unite body and face in a holistic approach. What changes within becomes visible on the outside - and what softens on the outside resonates throughout the whole body.

This Pilates Retreat is more than just a getaway – it’s an invitation to do something good for yourself, recharge your energy, and experience the power of Pilates on a deeper level.
Look forward to daily Pilates sessions – a retreat that combines movement, regeneration, and enjoyment. Pilates is far more than just exercise: it is a holistic body & mind practice that strengthens you from within. Through controlled, precise movements and focused work from the core, you strengthen your deep muscles, improve posture, stability, and flexibility, while also cultivating greater calm, focus, and balance in everyday life.
Through the consistency of the sessions, you’ll experience a transformation in the way your body feels: more strength, more length, more definition. A strong core, an upright posture, and that special feeling of truly being comfortable in your own body again.
Four days to make you physically and mentally stronger, and perhaps even a little more radiant.

For more than 15 years, Susanne has been guiding people through personal training sessions, workshops, and retreats. She is also a lecturer in the Pilates Teacher Training program at Spirit Yoga Berlin. At the heart of her teaching are precise movement, mindful control, breath, and sustainable bodywork. With clear guidance, modern variations, and a sensitive understanding of individual needs, she creates classes that are both powerful and harmonious – complemented by carefully selected yoga elements to enhance balance, flexibility, and body awareness.
This retreat lets you step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with what truly matters. Through a carefully curated blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, restorative practices, and time in nature, you are invited to slow down, restore balance, and cultivate greater vitality, presence, and inner calm.
Rather than focusing solely on physical exercise, this retreat follows a holistic approach to wellbeing. It creates space for meaningful rest, self-reflection, and personal growth. Daily practices are designed to improve strength, mobility, and mindfulness while letting you develop a deeper connection with yourself and your needs.
The intimate group setting encourages authentic connection and personal attention, allowing each participant to feel supported throughout their journey. By stepping away from daily routines, digital distractions, and external pressures, you have the opportunity to release tension, gain clarity, and reconnect with what truly nourishes you.
You will leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and grounded, with greater self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools to support your wellbeing long after the retreat has ended.

Meet yourself in the process of change and healing through the Yoga Embodiment practice. The master classes provide impulses and, with their open workshop principle, are both healing and invigorating.

Her work is an invitation to let go of the constant search outside of yourself and return to feeling again - arriving at the realization that you have been here all along.
Longevity is more than a trend - it is a way of living that yogis have embraced for centuries. Keeping the body mobile, calming the nervous system, eating mindfully and getting enough restorative sleep are the foundations of this four-day retreat. Rather than following a strict program, you will experience what everyday life can feel like when it truly supports your well-being.
Each morning begins with YOGAMOUR's signature Vinyasa Yoga sequences designed to build strength, mobility and balance - supporting an active and independent life for years to come. In the late afternoon, calming Yin Yoga sessions provide the perfect counterbalance, allowing fascia and muscles to recover while the mind softens and unwinds. Breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation complete the experience.
Between yoga sessions, enjoy the hotel's outstanding cuisine, unwind in the spa or explore the beautiful natural surroundings of Lana. You will return home with renewed vitality, better posture, inner balance and practical inspiration for a healthier lifestyle.
Guests with little yoga experience are encouraged to prepare with the beginner videos available on yogamour.de before the retreat.

Four days dedicated entirely to yourself and to giving your organ systems loving attention. Yoga is a holistic practice that extends far beyond the joints, tendons, and ligaments - it permeates the entire body and mind, including the internal organs.
Naturopath Kirsten Walter and yoga teacher Thaïs de la Paz will guide you in consciously regulating and supporting your organ systems. Under Thaïs’ clear and heartfelt guidance, each session offers practical and accessible yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices specifically designed to support the body from within. Kirsten will share valuable insights and practical tips for supporting the organ systems and invite you to experience the benefits of healing body treatments.
By intentionally integrating the internal organs into the practice, we learn to understand our body more deeply and positively shape our mindset. Both are essential steps toward greater self-efficacy and lasting health. The result is wellbeing and clarity on every level: body, mind, and soul.

Her teaching reflects her own yoga journey and conveys a deep love for the practice. Through her unique use of language, she guides participants on a creative and inspiring journey.
Rest & Recharge invites you into a space - both inwardly and outwardly - where you can reconnect with yourself, clear inner clutter, and recharge your energy. You can expect a mindful combination of active and restorative yoga sessions, complemented by breathwork, meditation, and coaching.
In the busyness of everyday life, it is often difficult to truly recognize what we need. We also tend to avoid the unknown, uncomfortable, or unaligned parts of ourselves. During this retreat, we create a safe and loving space for self-connection and strengthen your ability to truly see yourself, listen to yourself, and give yourself a sense of safety and comfort. This allows an inner place to emerge where you can land softly and restore your energy.
There will be two sessions per day.

A nourishing retreat to close out the year. Four days to restore, pause, and realign. As the year draws to a close and nature settles into its winter rest, a natural invitation to retreat and embrace stillness arises. Yet everyday life, with its demands, expectations, and fast pace, often leaves little room to truly slow down.
This four-day yoga retreat invites you to consciously slow down and gift yourself time away from the outside world, returning to what truly nourishes you. Within a supportive and protected space, you will reconnect with calm, presence, and a deeper sense of connection.
You can look forward to a mindful blend of gently energizing and grounding yoga practices that support your body, breath, and nervous system. You will be invited to release tension, restore your energy, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm. The practice is complemented by Ayurvedic insights, offering inspiration for integrating nourishing and restorative routines into the winter season.
Between sessions, there is plenty of time to enjoy silence, nature, the spa, and simply being, all embraced by the peaceful atmosphere of early winter in South Tyrol.
A meaningful pause that nourishes, slows you down, and gives you space to consciously complete the year - allowing you to return to everyday life feeling renewed, grounded, and deeply connected.
