Stefanie Dariz's yoga path began in 2001 in Maui, USA. Her six-month experience at Myra Lewin's yoga centre "Hale Pule" sparked her enthusiasm and sensitivity for yoga, which she has never let go since. After stints with different teachers, styles and practices, she trained with Dona Holleman - "Centered Yoga" in 2006. Since 2000 she has also been intensively perfectioning various massage techniques and specialises in holistic bodywork. She guides her students in yoga, meditation and dance practices towards self-love and holistic relaxation.
Caroline has been living in India since 1999, where she studied and practiced holistic singing, Carnatic music, and yoga. Her exchanges with teachers and musicians, who view music primarily as a tool of awareness in service of the soul, inspired her to create the musical meditation Ikaroma. Drawn to exploring the impact of conscious breathing and sound on physical and mental well-being, she trained in the lyrical Bel Canto singing technique. For the past eleven years, she has been singing, teaching, and leading workshops in India and France.
Awakening to the Poetic Retreat is an invitation to protect and vitalize your attention, nourish and fuel your imagination, and catalyze and unfurl your creations. Each day of the retreat will include morning meditation in the beautiful glass house, followed by breakfast and a 2-hour inspiring and connective writing workshop. The middle of each day will be open for relaxation, adventures, and creative flow. Late afternoons we'll reconvene for meditation and workshop time to read, write and connect. After dinner will be free flow time again, to dive deeper into your research and creations, or relax and play. In these times of rapid change, challenge, and opportunity, it is vital that we connect in brave, supportive community to remind ourselves of the nutrients embedded in reality – the powerful ways that pain and loss carve through our beings, the delicious refreshment of beauty in all its forms, and the ultimate satisfaction of resting as our true nature: vast, unborn, and indestructible.
Program
Morning gentle yoga (optional), meditation, and inspiring, connective writing workshop
Afternoon meditation and workshop time to read, write and connect

Brené Brown describes authenticity as “the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.”
In the midst of silence, surrounded by majestic mountains, we create space to breathe, to let go, and to simply be. A space where you can let go of everything that weighs you down: roles, expectations, worries. A space where you can feel yourself again, in all your depth.
With yoga, meditation, breathwork, inner work, and conscious connection to nature, we find our way back to our own rhythm – towards more lightness, clarity, and a deep inner freedom.
Your True Nature is an invitation to become still, to breathe freely, and to remember who you truly are. Let go. Arrive. Be.

As autumn slowly comes to an end, this retreat invites you to withdraw into a cocoon — to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strength. It offers you a safe and nourishing space to breathe deeply, let go, and come home to yourself.
In the elegant and peaceful setting of Hotel Schwarzschmied in Lana (South Tyrol), you create room for conscious retreat, mindful movement, and soul-nourishing stillness. A time just for you. Beyond to-do lists and outside demands.
Mornings begin with grounding, empowering movement that connects you to your body, breath, and inner resilience. Evenings invite you into a calming space of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, gentle Reiki, and reflective journaling prompts — for silence, regeneration, and heart connection.
Highlight: On Saturday evening, we gather by the fire for a lovingly guided cacao ceremony and a fire ritual of release. Everything you no longer wish to carry into winter may be offered to the flames. We say goodbye to what was and open ourselves to what is yet to come — a magical evening full of depth, connection, and inner radiance.

In a time when so much is pushing outward, we invite you to listen inward. During this four-day retreat, the somatic bodywork of Liz Ehrenecker intertwines with the conscious facial awareness of Claudia Granig to create a profound space of experience for yourself – physically, emotionally, energetically.
Somatic Yoga and Face Yoga are two gentle paths that guide you back into your body, into your expressive power, into your beauty – beyond judgment or optimization. We practice together on the mat and in front of the mirror. We listen inward – and discover new spaces outward. We explore how tension can be released from the body and the face. And we celebrate both: the depth and the lightness, the stillness and the radiance.
You can look forward to daily Somatic Flows, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Liz, as well as Face Yoga sessions and Gua Sha rituals with Claudia. The nurturing combination of movement and touch, set within the aesthetic and tranquil atmosphere of Hotel Schwarzschmied, offers you space for true self-care – not as a task, but as a practice.

Liz Ehrenecker is a freelance yoga teacher. She teaches, shares, and lives a form of modern spirituality, embodying values such as vitality, connection, and joy – qualities that flow through all of her work. She places particular emphasis on somatics and embodiment, which is reflected in her passion for somatic Yin Yoga. Through these practices, she has learned to listen to her body and trust her intuition.
Claudia Granig is an expert in natural rejuvenation and the founder of the online studio Bare Skin | Face Yoga. Since 2020, she has been guiding women toward a self-determined, vibrant approach to aging – beyond Botox, fillers, or the pursuit of eternal youth. Her work offers a counterpoint to cosmetic optimization. She stands for connection instead of perfection, for strength instead of control, and for a new form of self-love.
This yoga retreat offers the perfect opportunity to pause, recharge, and consciously prepare for the upcoming winter season. Together, we create a space of calm and renewal to harmonize body, mind, and soul. Our morning sessions combine yoga asanas, mindful alignment and breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy impulses to strengthen energy, vitality, and focus. Evenings are dedicated to regeneration and relaxation: yin yoga, restorative poses, pranayama, yoga nidra, journaling, and guided meditations invite you to let go, find calm, and deeply integrate the day’s experiences.
Complementing this, a short fitness session provides the ideal balance to train endurance, strength, and your deep core muscles — an important foundation to take your yoga practice, mental, and physical strength to a new level.
Look forward to four days full of yoga, reflection, fitness, and relaxation that will help you start the cold season with new clarity and strength.

A journey to more strength, clarity, and inner freedom. How does it feel when your mind becomes clear, your body feels strong, and every movement makes sense? When your breath flows deeply, your thoughts settle, and inner strength builds? This is exactly what Beyond Yoga Dynamics (BYD) is about. It’s about understanding your nervous system, resolving stress at its root, and returning home stronger.
Each session is designed to use movement as a powerful key to greater stability and mental clarity. The body learns, the mind follows. This is not just an abstract concept, but a tangible transformation.
This retreat is more than just a break – it is the beginning of a new path. If you’re ready to go deeper, to discover movement as a gateway to your inner balance, and to return home with renewed strength, clarity, and a hypnotic flow state, then this retreat is for you.
