It is an old way to cultivate presence and “awake consciousness. ” After a quiet and attentive yoga session with Stefanie Dariz, we drink steaming tea made in a traditional craftsmanship in silence, with alert senses and without expectation. Afterwards, there may be an opportunity for discussion, reflection or questions.
