Yoga and awareness work with Steffi Dariz and Mathilde Lintner. Your job is not to search for love, but only to search and find all the obstacles in you that you have built up against it. Yoga Session & Tea Ceremony
Tea ceremony with Ganesh Neumair. It is an old way to cultivate presence and “awake consciousness. ” After a quiet and attentive yoga session with Stefanie Dariz, we drink steaming tea made in a traditional craftsmanship in silence, with alert senses and without expectation. Afterwards, there may be an opportunity for discussion, reflection or questions.
