Jivamukti Yoga & Fermentation Retreat with Nadja and Sebastian (english)

6. September 2026 - 10. September 2026

This retreat invites you to consciously feel the ground beneath your feet again. In a time of acceleration and sensory overload, we create space for grounding, presence, and genuine connection.

The guiding thread of the retreat is grounding. In the mornings, we practice powerful, precise Jivamukti Yoga that strengthens stability, clarity, and inner alignment. Meditation and Pranayama help collect the mind and fully settle into the body. In the evenings, Yin and Restorative Yoga lead to deep relaxation, accompanied by poetry, nature texts, and stories.

Even off the mat, we connect with the earth. In the fermentation and cooking workshop, we work with vegetables, herbs, and roots, directly from the Villa Arnica garden and the surrounding nature. You will experience how nourishing it is to prepare food with your own hands. Together, we explore simple techniques of fermenting and pickling that you can apply at home.

The retreat concludes with a “Garden to Table” cooking class and shared dinner. We take time to slow down together, experience community, and ground ourselves sustainably.

About Nadja and Sebastian

For Nadja, yoga is a space for personal growth, acceptance, and connection. The feeling of togetherness that arises when people come together with a shared intention is, for her, the true magic of the practice. Nadja’s classes combine pranayama, a strong Jivamukti practice, meditation, and music. She always integrates nature and spiritual teachings to make ancient wisdom accessible. Music carries the theme of each class, while humor brings lightness.

Sebastian has gained his culinary expertise both through travels across Asia and Europe and through professional training in fine dining restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, and specialist retail. Today, he develops concepts for dinner events, wine tastings, workshops, and caterings. He consistently focuses on high culinary standards and sustainable practices such as farm-to-table and sourcing local, organic products.
