Participants can expect resistance-based mobility work, dynamic flows, and targeted muscle activation to build lean strength that moves with you. Using tools like bands and blocks, this energizing class unlocks full-body control, reduces tension, and helps you feel powerful, mobile, and pain-free.
Jessica will be offering special classes at Hotel Schwarzschmied during her stay - for hotel guests as well as external participants.

FLEX&FLOW® in Motion: Strength, Control & Fluid Transitions - Monday, 13 April 2026, 17:30–18:45
A deeper dive into resistance-based mobility training. We'll challenge strength and control through transitions, using tempo, pulses, and joint-stacking mechanics to unlock fluidity and power. You'll leave feeling stable, strong, and surprisingly open. Ideal for those who want to break through plateaus and expand their movement vocabulary.

This upper-body focused session targets shoulder stability, thoracic mobility, and postural refinement. Through carefully layered drills and transitions, we strengthen what's weak and mobilize what's stuck—leading to open heart space and freer breath.
