You can look forward to an introduction to the world of wild and medicinal plants, and creating revitalising drinks and tinctures. As we gather, prepare, and enjoy together in the greenery, Daniela shares her deep knowledge of the healing powers of herbs grown in our Arnica Acker. Includes take-home recipes for your own natural home apothecary.

Daniela Paris has 37 years of experience in running a hotel business. However, her true passion lies in cooking with wild herbs and connecting with people. She was deeply moved by the energy she could draw from gathering herbs in nature, even in a short time. Through this, she learned to harness the primal power of nature and its treasures, weaving them into her daily life with simple ideas. This has become her dream vocation, and she now accompanies others on their path to reconnect with themselves through the mirror of nature.
