Listening Evenings at Schwarzschmied
Introducing: The Vinyl Hour. Listen with intention. Experience the moment.
In a world shaped by screens, notifications and constant distractions, the desire for slower, more mindful moments is growing.
To find a sense of calm. To reconnect with what feels real.
The Vinyl Hour is an invitation to rediscover exactly that moment. The new Listening Bar at Hotel Schwarzschmied creates a space where music can unfold. During the day, a curated selection of music accompanies the bistro, while in the evening, The Vinyl Hour transforms the atmosphere.
We invite collectors and DJs to play from their personal record collections. Thoughtfully curated, their selections tell stories – like memories on vinyl. Complementary formats such as Day Sessions and rotating Artist Residencies give the Listening Bar an ever-changing sound and create a space dedicated to intentional listening.
At its heart is a finely tuned HiFi system with turntables and carefully selected components, integrated into the back wall of Bistro Luce. A sound system designed not to be loud, but intimate.
The Vinyl Hour is a new ritual of listening. A conscious pause from everyday digital life. Schwarzschmied creates a place that celebrates music – slowly, authentically, and with the belief that intentional listening is one of the most valuable forms of luxury.
