Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In this way, we draw upon the healing qualities of the elements and find inspiration for our yoga and meditation practice, cultivating balance in both body and mind.

Yoga can have a profound impact on many levels of our being. While stretches and asanas keep the body supple, pranayama and meditation help the mind find peace.
