The Wim Hof Method was developed and refined over decades by the Dutchman Wim Hof, also known as "the Iceman". The extreme athlete uses breathing techniques to withstand the cold and draw strength from it.

In this morning ritual you will learn with a Wim Hof certified instructor how to use your breath to control your body’s chemistry and benefit from the many health advantages of ice bathing. The Wim Hof Method includes specific breathing techniques that increase oxygen intake and stimulate your body to become more resistant to the cold.

Cold therapy improves both physical and mental health. Bathing in cold water contributes to greater stress resilience and better sleep quality, provides long-term energy, creates mental clarity, and strengthens the immune system. The guided meditation enhances mindfulness and mental focus to reduce stress. Pain can also be alleviated through the learned mental techniques. Learn to draw strength from the cold to redefine your own limits and goals. The experience in nature also has positive effects on general mental well-being.

After subsequent warm-up exercises, there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Overcome your limits and find new strength that will carry into your daily life.
