Yoga & Breathwork Retreat with Francisco Domínguez (english)

This retreat is designed to offer a holistic body–mind–soul experience. It is suitable for both experienced yogis and those looking to begin a journey toward greater mental and physical well-being.

Experienced yogis can look forward to intelligently structured, finely tuned classes combining Vinyasa, Katonah, Forrest and Prana Flow, designed to build strength, mobility, and smooth transitions. For beginners, Francisco offers “Structural Mobility” sessions - an intensive stretching format aimed at restoring the body’s natural range of motion and releasing physical tension.

Daily “Breath Architecture” sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. These sessions provide practical tools that teach you how to use your breath intentionally as a powerful instrument for stress management, relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.

Beyond the physical practice, this retreat also includes breathwork based on holotropic and ancestral techniques. This intense experience offers deep access to the subconscious, emotional release, and a renewed sense of connection - always held within a safe, grounded, and supportive space.
