This retreat is poetic – in movement, music and language. Meg teaches as a creative dialogue between herself and her students. Experience a deep connection to the heart through a carefully woven blend of meaningful metaphors, playful imagery and embodied movement. Her teaching draws on Bhakti, Katonah Yoga, Buddhism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as her passion for storytelling and unconventional movement practices.
Throughout the week, the five elements guide you through dynamic morning Vinyasa practices and restorative evening sessions including Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and breathwork. Release physical and emotional tension, quiet the mind and create space for new perspectives to emerge. Return home with greater inner clarity and ease, as well as a deeper understanding of the connection between body, mind and emotions.
