Inner Ease Retreat with Cathrin Niehues (german)

22. October 2026 - 25. October 2026

During this retreat, you will learn to rediscover the lightness within you. With lightness comes ease – and with ease, joy returns. Often, it’s not about doing more, but less: less thinking, less doing, less noise. This is how space emerges – space to find stillness, to reconnect with yourself, and to nourish yourself on all levels. Strength and energy begin to flow again – and your inner lightness becomes tangible.

At the Inner Ease Retreat with Cathrin, you can look forward to 90-minute yoga and mindfulness sessions in the morning and afternoon. A combination of dynamic and restorative yoga sequences, breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system, meditations, and mindful reflections offer you moments to pause, feel, and reconnect with yourself. With both lightness and depth, Cathrin invites you to explore new perspectives – physically and mentally.
