This retreat invites you to step out of constant functioning, reconnect more consciously with your body, and deepen the connection to your inner voice.
In everyday life, we often carry experiences, emotions, and inner patterns within the body and nervous system for long periods of time without truly having access to them. When we slow down and begin to consciously work with the body, breath, and inner awareness, processes of release and integration can begin to unfold - physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. This often creates a greater sense of vitality, clarity, connection, and inner freedom.
You can expect a mindful combination of flowing and restorative yoga sessions, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and coaching. The practices support you in becoming more aware of yourself, connecting with your intuition, and developing trust in your own path.
In the morning, you will begin with an activating and cleansing practice combining meditation, yoga, and somatic techniques. In the afternoon, the focus shifts into a calmer and more inward experience through breathwork, coaching, gentle yoga, and meditation.
The retreat will naturally evolve into an individual journey shaped by the energy of the group, the place, and the moment.
