A nourishing retreat to close out the year. Four days to restore, pause, and realign. As the year draws to a close and nature settles into its winter rest, a natural invitation to retreat and embrace stillness arises. Yet everyday life, with its demands, expectations, and fast pace, often leaves little room to truly slow down.

This four-day yoga retreat invites you to consciously slow down and gift yourself time away from the outside world, returning to what truly nourishes you. Within a supportive and protected space, you will reconnect with calm, presence, and a deeper sense of connection.

You can look forward to a mindful blend of gently energizing and grounding yoga practices that support your body, breath, and nervous system. You will be invited to release tension, restore your energy, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm. The practice is complemented by Ayurvedic insights, offering inspiration for integrating nourishing and restorative routines into the winter season.

Between sessions, there is plenty of time to enjoy silence, nature, the spa, and simply being, all embraced by the peaceful atmosphere of early winter in South Tyrol.
A meaningful pause that nourishes, slows you down, and gives you space to consciously complete the year - allowing you to return to everyday life feeling renewed, grounded, and deeply connected.

About Michele Manderscheid

Michele teaches yoga with a holistic, authentic, and compassionate approach. Her classes combine flowing and calming elements from Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin Yoga, enriched with inspiration from Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy. She creates a space where movement and stillness naturally complement one another. In her classes, Michele encourages you to develop your own authentic practice - cultivating lightness, connection, and holistic transformation both on and off the mat.
