The (P)REHAB Retreat is an invitation to step out of autopilot for a few days and reconnect more consciously with yourself. This retreat creates a space to slow down, to notice, and to give your nervous system the opportunity to return to greater balance and regulation.
The practice combines therapeutically inspired movement, breathwork, meditation, and embodiment. It is not about performance, self-optimization, or achieving the perfect yoga practice. Instead, it offers an experiential space where you can better understand your body, become more aware of your individual needs, and cultivate new forms of presence.
(P)REHAB stands for the connection between prevention and regeneration. It is an opportunity to question habits, rediscover movement patterns, and experience body and mind as one interconnected system.
