Re/turning Yoga Retreat with Steven Barrett (german)

18. April 2027 - 22. April 2027

Sometimes it takes stepping outside the familiar to become aware again of what has been there all along.

This retreat is an invitation to establish or rediscover your practice. Find back to the body, the breath, movement, and stillness, with moments of retreat, pausing, and turning inward.

We combine dynamic and gentle forms of yoga. Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga meet Iyengar-inspired alignment and precise bodywork, Pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Mantra and sound will be part of our shared practice, alongside moments of silence and awareness.

The different sessions invite you to move between strength and letting go, movement and stillness, alignment and openness. It is not about reaching a particular goal or optimizing. Instead, space is created to rediscover your own experience.

Re/turning to the body.
Re/turning to breath.
Re/turning to practice.
Re/turning to our essential nature.
