Rest & Recharge Retreat with Sophia Thora (german)

Rest & Recharge invites you into a space - both inwardly and outwardly - where you can reconnect with yourself, clear inner clutter, and recharge your energy. You can expect a mindful combination of active and restorative yoga sessions, complemented by breathwork, meditation, and coaching.

In the busyness of everyday life, it is often difficult to truly recognize what we need. We also tend to avoid the unknown, uncomfortable, or unaligned parts of ourselves. During this retreat, we create a safe and loving space for self-connection and strengthen your ability to truly see yourself, listen to yourself, and give yourself a sense of safety and comfort. This allows an inner place to emerge where you can land softly and restore your energy.

There will be two sessions per day. In the morning, you will begin with an activating and cleansing practice combining meditation, yoga, and somatic techniques. In the afternoon, the focus shifts into a calmer and more inward experience through breathwork, coaching, gentle yoga, and meditation.

The retreat will naturally evolve into an individual journey shaped by the energy of the group, the place, and the moment.

About Sophia Thora

Sophia is a psychological coach, yoga teacher, and trainer.
Her personal journey led her from a degree in psychology and further training in stress management and NLP, through various fitness and personal trainer certifications, to yoga. Since 2015, she has been working full-time as a psychologist, yoga teacher, and trainer in Munich. In 2018, she co-founded the Kale & Cake studio for BodyMind Therapy together with Sinah Diepold. Since early 2025 she is working as a self-employed yoga teacher and coach.
