Running Retreat with Anna Menz (german)

This running retreat is about more than training and endurance: it’s about the joy of movement, shared experiences and the motivation to push beyond your limits. Together, we’ll refine our running technique, improve our endurance and prepare the body specifically for the demands of running.

Through targeted exercises, we activate and strengthen the muscle groups that are particularly important for running. This not only gets the circulation going, but also provides new energy, greater stability and an improved body awareness.

The retreat is suitable for runners of all levels. Exercises and intensity are adapted individually, allowing everyone to train at their own pace, build on personal strengths and focus on areas with potential for improvement.

Because running is about more than simply covering kilometres. Good technique, strong muscles and a well-prepared musculoskeletal system provide the foundation for an efficient and healthy running style.

At the heart of it all is the joy of running – and perhaps the discovery of just how much energy, lightness and potential for growth can be found in every single step.
