This retreat is your invitation to pause consciously, gather yourself, and dive deeper into your yoga practice. Between flowing Vinyasa, restorative Yin Yoga, meditation, and breathwork, you will find space for yourself and your inner balance. You will learn to set new impulses, connect body and mind, and bring more depth and lightness to your practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi – this retreat will gift you relaxation, inspiration, and fresh energy.

About Nadine Bader

Nadine has been teaching yoga for 17 years – with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and meditation. Her style is powerful, humorous, and at the same time profound. She combines movement with mindfulness and creates spaces where people can truly arrive on the mat and draw strength.
As the founder of the Retreaters platform, she combines her passion for travel with the transformative power of yoga – guiding people on mindful retreats across Europe.
Today, her focus is mainly on training new yoga teachers and sharing her knowledge – with heart, clarity, and ease. She lives in Cologne and teaches regularly in studios there, as well as on retreats both in Germany and abroad.
