sweet.spot - Yoga Retreat with Heidi Lustig & Daniel Huemer (german)

23. April 2026 - 26. April 2026

The feeling when space and time come to a standstill. The state between wakefulness and sleep. The moment when you are no longer guided by the outside world, but can truly feel yourself.
This retreat invites you to press the pause button and rediscover your sweet spot. Together, we will turn down the volume of everyday life and turn up your inner awareness.

Over these days, we will accompany you with mindful Vinyasa yoga sessions, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama. In addition, we will share insights into the relationship between yoga, physiology, and the nervous system.
This retreat is for you if you wish to deepen your personal yoga practice, have already attended yoga classes, and are familiar with the basics. We can’t wait to welcome you!

About Heidi Lustig & Daniel Huemer

Heidi Lustig:
During a stay abroad in Australia, Heidi rediscovered her sweet spot and found her place on the yoga mat. Her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Sydney in 2018 became an important anchor in her life. Back home and enriched through further training (yoga therapy, 300-hour Yoga TT at Kale & Cake in Munich, Yoga Nidra), she founded Die Wunderburg in 2022 together with her husband Daniel in Gmunden, Austria – a center for yoga, Pilates & body therapies. Her teaching combines dynamism, calm, clarity, and a gentle approach to one’s own sweet spot.

Daniel Huemer:
Daniel loves the complexity and diversity of being human. In addition to his conventional medical perspective, osteopathic approaches allow him to gain deeper insights into individual health and provide holistic treatments. Yoga practice is indispensable for him and complements his work as an osteopath and yoga teacher. In his classes, he combines medical knowledge with mindfulness, placing special emphasis on calmness, gentleness, and precise alignment – always with the aim of bringing body and mind into harmony.
