Nature knows better. Left to its own instincts, winter is a season of slowing, turning inward, and gathering strength. Modern life doesn’t always follow this rhythm. Instead, winter often asks more of us, not less. Hustle culture tells us to keep moving, and we rarely get a chance to stop.
This retreat is a chance to borrow winter's instinct back - not to disappear into stillness, but to step off the conveyor belt for a few days and recalibrate.
Here, the rhythm changes. Mornings and evenings are shaped by movement practice, built to wake the body and build real heat. Morning practices are typically more upbeat, energising and expansive, cultivating warmth, circulation and momentum for the day ahead. Evening practices are more grounding, inward and restorative, inviting a sense of containment, settling and ease as we transition towards rest. What happens in between is up to you: mountain air, fireside reading, slow four-course meals, and plenty of sauna–cold plunge–repeat. A recipe for restoration.
This retreat isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to yourself - with enough fire still lit to bring back with you.
