Arrival Day
We begin on the day of arrival with a 90-minute Fundamentals Workshop, creating a solid foundation for everyone—whether you're new to yoga or experienced. This session introduces the key principles of practice and offers a chance to settle in together.
Daily Morning Practice
Each day starts at 8:00 AM with a 90-minute Jivamukti Vinyasa class. This dynamic yoga practice gets the circulation going, boosts your energy, and brings clarity—perfect for a day spent exploring the mountains or simply relaxing.
Evening Relaxation
At 5:00 PM, we gently round off the day with a 60-minute evening session combining restorative postures, calming breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation—inviting body and mind into deep relaxation.
