On this retreat with Veronika, you embark on an exciting and healing journey of discovery through your body, mind, and soul. After each yoga session, you feel more at home within yourself - immersed in joy, lightness, and vitality.
In the early mornings, we begin with inspiring mindfulness practices, followed by invigorating yoga sessions tailored to the group’s needs. We warm up with flowing Vinyasa flow sequences and practice together energizing, strengthening, as well as relaxing asanas in a harmonious mix.
Each session gently concludes with a deeply relaxing Savasana, allowing you to unwind fully. A Yin Yoga session is also part of the program, helping you connect deeply with yourself.
With attentiveness and warmth, Veronika guides you through each yoga practice, supporting you in returning to your strength and inner balance.
