Yoga & Kneipp with... Laura Posdziech
Laura is a Yoga teacher and Kneipp mentor. Under the name HOLON, she provides each discipline separately, yet also combines them dynamically to enhance and improve their effects. Through 18 years of personal practice and six years of teaching, she has developed a profound understanding of the body, its physiology, the importance of movement, and the central role of circulation.
Circulation is the movement of all body fluids through our body. It’s an inner alchemic process, which in its essence, is a process of detoxification and purification. This process of detoxification and purification enables us to bask in the radiance of our full natural glory.
After her training as a Kneipp mentor in 2025, Laura now supports circulation through Yoga as an active practice and Kneipp applications as an effective passive method.

About Laura
What role do yoga and kneipp play in your life?
Yoga and Kneipp are an integral part of my everyday life. At the heart of both practices lies circulation – the movement of all fluids within the body. It is one of our most important bodily functions and, in a healthy and natural state, should flow continuously. As comfortable as modern life may be, it often brings long periods of inactivity. For this reason, I consciously support movement and circulation throughout the day.
My day begins with a full-body Kneipp wash using a linen cloth to effectively stimulate circulation. I apply many of these brief but effective Kneipp methods throughout the day, like the Kneipp facial. While Kneipp himself didn't actually develop a facial, I created it based on his knowledge. In tandem with a manufacturer based in Bad Wörishofen, Germany - where Kneipp lived and worked most of his life - I am currently working on specifying the equipment required. At Schwarzschmied, I will be offering the facial for the very first time.
The same applies to movement: throughout the day, I return to yoga asanas – sometimes a headstand, sometimes a simple forward bend. The aim is always the same: to encourage circulation and support the body in its natural flow.
What do you hope to share with your students through your yoga classes?
The beauty, simplicity, and efficiency of movement. Understanding the value of keeping the body in its natural flow - in other words, maintaining healthy circulation.
What would you describe as the core of your philosophy?
"Atha Yoga Anushasanam." These are the opening words of the Yoga Sutras. For me, they express the conscious decision to live in harmony with nature and its laws. From this decision arises a practice, a path that continues to unfold and evolve over time.
There are many aspects to living a healthy and nature-aligned life. I am grateful to have learned physical practices that I can now share with others. They provide the foundation for a healthy body – the vessel that carries us through life.

Our next Retreats
Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In this way, we draw upon the healing qualities of the elements and find inspiration for our yoga and meditation practice, cultivating balance in both body and mind.
Yoga can have a profound impact on many levels of our being. While stretches and asanas keep the body supple, pranayama and meditation help the mind find peace. Thais will guide you toward a deeper dimension of yourself, enriching your life experience in many ways. Enjoy a retreat that will leave you re-energized and full of new perspectives.

Are you looking for deceleration far from your everyday life? Do you want to delve deeper into your yoga practice? Do you want to gather yourself and find your inner center?
This retreat offers a clear focus on the essentials in the moment – silence, clarity, and grounding within yourself. We will detox and slow down through all facets of yogic teachings: physical, mental, and emotional.

The Ride & Release Edition is a retreat for women who want to combine physical challenge on the road bike with mindful deceleration through yoga and wellness.
In the midst of the South Tyrolean vineyards, a special combination awaits you: guided road bike rides with the female cycling force and regenerative yoga. The retreat combines the best of two worlds: active road cycling stages through the breathtaking landscape and somatic yoga in the light-filled glass house of Villa Arnica.
In the mornings and evenings, we will jointly immerse ourselves in mindful yoga and meditation practices. Here, you will not only find recovery for strained muscles but also valuable time for yourself. The female cycling force will then accompany you with safe guidance, offer you room to learn, and convey a great sense of community, allowing you to experience road cycling anew.
The retreat is aimed at women who are looking for both challenge and deceleration - without sacrificing indulgence.
