Bryony Cecil
11 to 17 November 2025
Bryony is yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, and writer with over 700 hours of training and more than 2000 hours of teaching experience. Her work is rooted in classical yogic philosophy and inspired by the art of self-inquiry. For her, the mat is a mirror - a space where movement, breath, and stillness reveal the subtler layers of our inner world.
Her practices invite introspection and presence. Through thoughtful sequencing, meditative pacing, and thematically rich classes, students are encouraged to turn inward, explore with curiosity, and reconnect to what is most true within themselves. She offers dynamic, breath-driven hatha-vinyasa as well as quiet, reflective yin - both practices are anchored in inquiry, awareness and intention. Sharing this path with others, she aims to offer classes that resonate beyond the physical practice.

Yoga Retreats
This yoga retreat offers the perfect opportunity to pause, recharge, and consciously prepare for the upcoming winter season. Together, we create a space of calm and renewal to harmonize body, mind, and soul. Our morning sessions combine yoga asanas, mindful alignment and breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy impulses to strengthen energy, vitality, and focus. Evenings are dedicated to regeneration and relaxation: yin yoga, restorative poses, pranayama, yoga nidra, journaling, and guided meditations invite you to let go, find calm, and deeply integrate the day’s experiences.
Complementing this, a short fitness session provides the ideal balance to train endurance, strength, and your deep core muscles — an important foundation to take your yoga practice, mental, and physical strength to a new level.

A journey to more strength, clarity, and inner freedom. How does it feel when your mind becomes clear, your body feels strong, and every movement makes sense? When your breath flows deeply, your thoughts settle, and inner strength builds? This is exactly what Beyond Yoga Dynamics (BYD) is about. It’s about understanding your nervous system, resolving stress at its root, and returning home stronger.
Each session is designed to use movement as a powerful key to greater stability and mental clarity. The body learns, the mind follows. This is not just an abstract concept, but a tangible transformation.
This retreat is more than just a break – it is the beginning of a new path. If you’re ready to go deeper, to discover movement as a gateway to your inner balance, and to return home with renewed strength, clarity, and a hypnotic flow state, then this retreat is for you.
