Franziska started out skeptical but soon developed a deep love for yoga. In 2021, she began her first Liquid Flow Yoga training, followed by numerous others. Her holistic classes nurture the body, mind, and soul equally. Through her flows, she aims to cultivate space, relaxation, tension, calm, connection, energy, and trust. She often provides participants with thought-provoking impulses to carry the experiences from the mat into their "real" lives.

Shahed Naji is a Lebanese multidisciplinary artist and yoga teacher. His interest in meditation and Eastern philosophies developed at a young age and eventually led him to yoga. Having personally experienced the significant positive effects of yoga on the body, mind, and overall well-being, he founded the SHA-LA Studio in Berlin to create a welcoming space where he could share these benefits with a broader community.

Charlotte, experienced 700hrs+ yoga teacher, combines femininity with Vinyasa Flow. She leads from business to inner and offers Vinyasa Flow, Awakening Yoga, Yin, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga. Her inspiration comes from training with Simon Park, Patrick Beach, Biff Mithoefer, Annie Carpenter and Gabriela Bozic. Charlotte emphasises not only posture, but also a motivating smile in her classes.

In her Vinyasa classes, she teaches intuitive movements with a strong focus on the connection between body and mind. The practice is complemented by breathing exercises and guided meditation.
Her passion lies in the essence of Yin Yoga, where she creates a safe space for you to surrender to the softness of body and mind while fostering the flow of Chi, the life force. She works in harmony with the meridians and incorporates acupressure based on Traditional Chinese Medicine to enrich the practice.
