Francisco has been practicing various styles of yoga since he was twelve years old. His classes and workshops across Europe are immersive experiences where mindful movement meets carefully curated music. He invites his students to rediscover their bodies, deepen their practice, and meet the present moment with clarity, inner strength, and an open heart. Through his teaching, he helps them transform old patterns into new, sustainable habits that influence body, mind, and life as a whole.
What role does yoga play in your life?
Yoga is a body-mind-breath practice. It offers practical tools that apply to almost everything: how we work, relate to others, treat ourselves, play sports, or communicate. It sharpens awareness and expands our perspective in all areas of life.
What do you hope to share with your students in your yoga classes?
I aim to share a broader vision of what yoga can be, practical techniques for personal practice that also translate into everyday life.
What would you describe as the core of your philosophy?
Yoga is a method for clarity. It helps to become more focused, efficient, and self-aware. It teaches us how to understand the present and past, and how to shape the future. It can be a deeply magical and esoteric experience, but that magic starts with consistent technique.

Our next Retreats
Give yourself a few days to simply be – just as you are. Self-acceptance as a powerful tool for inner and outer peace. Allow yourself to recharge in a nourishing and beautiful setting, so you can return to the world and help make it more nourishing and beautiful too.
Yoga is a holistic science and philosophy that supports you in becoming more grounded and empowered – through movement, breath, reflection, and meditation – so you can be present in every moment.
Sinah’s yoga is strong, dynamic, and intelligently designed for body and mind. In the evening, her classes become quieter, grounding, and soothing for the nervous system and the mind. Woven throughout are meditation, breathwork, lymphatic activation, and the occasional spontaneous dance party.
Through BodyMindTherapy, you’ll reconnect with yourself, others, and our planet. Experience life in all its richness – raw, vibrant, and full of love.

As autumn slowly comes to an end, this retreat invites you to withdraw into a cocoon — to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strength. It offers you a safe and nourishing space to breathe deeply, let go, and come home to yourself.
In the elegant and peaceful setting of Hotel Schwarzschmied in Lana (South Tyrol), you create room for conscious retreat, mindful movement, and soul-nourishing stillness. A time just for you. Beyond to-do lists and outside demands.
Mornings begin with grounding, empowering movement that connects you to your body, breath, and inner resilience. Evenings invite you into a calming space of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, gentle Reiki, and reflective journaling prompts — for silence, regeneration, and heart connection.
Highlight: On Saturday evening, we gather by the fire for a lovingly guided cacao ceremony and a fire ritual of release. Everything you no longer wish to carry into winter may be offered to the flames. We say goodbye to what was and open ourselves to what is yet to come — a magical evening full of depth, connection, and inner radiance.

Céline is from Zurich and teaches yoga with a modern, authentic, and sensitive approach. With over 900 hours of training and more than 1,500 hours of teaching experience, she brings not only deep knowledge but also years of expertise as an instructor, leading both 50-hour and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. Her main focus is on flowing Vinyasa classes, complemented by mindful Hatha elements. At the heart of her teaching is always the connection between body, breath, and inner experience.
A journey to more strength, clarity, and inner freedom. How does it feel when your mind becomes clear, your body feels strong, and every movement makes sense? When your breath flows deeply, your thoughts settle, and inner strength builds? This is exactly what Beyond Yoga Dynamics (BYD) is about. It’s about understanding your nervous system, resolving stress at its root, and returning home stronger.
Each session is designed to use movement as a powerful key to greater stability and mental clarity. The body learns, the mind follows. This is not just an abstract concept, but a tangible transformation.
This retreat is more than just a break – it is the beginning of a new path. If you’re ready to go deeper, to discover movement as a gateway to your inner balance, and to return home with renewed strength, clarity, and a hypnotic flow state, then this retreat is for you.
