About Eva
What role does yoga play in your life?
Yoga has been part of my life for more than 25 years, accompanying me through both joyful and challenging times. Again and again, it has brought me back to myself, reconnecting me with inner calm, clarity, and trust. To me, yoga is an anchor – something steady I can return to, regardless of whether life feels calm or stormy. At the same time, my practice is a way of connecting with something greater than myself, something beyond what can be seen.
What do you hope to share with your students through your classes?
My intention is to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves. A space where the inner voice becomes easier to hear and where we can meet whatever is alive within us with kindness, compassion, and curiosity.
What would you describe as the core of your philosophy?
I believe that every person already carries within them wisdom, peace, and a deep inner strength – perhaps even something sacred. Yoga helps us rediscover that connection. For me, yoga is a path to freedom: the freedom to live beyond the influence of external circumstances or habitual thoughts, and to discover the space between stimulus and response – the place where awareness, choice, and true freedom begin.

Our next Retreats
Awakening to the Poetic Retreat is an invitation to protect and vitalize your attention, nourish and fuel your imagination, and catalyze and unfurl your creations.
Each day of the retreat will include morning meditation in the beautiful glass house, followed by breakfast and a 2-hour inspiring and connective writing workshop. The middle of each day will be open for relaxation, adventures, and creative flow.
Late afternoons we'll reconvene for meditation and workshop time to read, write and connect. After dinner will be free flow time again, to dive deeper into your research and creations, or relax and play.
In these times of rapid change, challenge, and opportunity, it is vital that we connect in brave, supportive community to remind ourselves of the nutrients embedded in reality – the powerful ways that pain and loss carve through our beings, the delicious refreshment of beauty in all its forms, and the ultimate satisfaction of resting as our true nature: vast, unborn, and indestructible.

With her holistic approach, she combines yoga, somatic movement, meditation, and sound to bring people back into connection with themselves. Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In this way, we draw upon the healing qualities of the elements and find inspiration for our yoga and meditation practice, cultivating balance in both body and mind.
Yoga can have a profound impact on many levels of our being. While stretches and asanas keep the body supple, pranayama and meditation help the mind find peace. Thais will guide you toward a deeper dimension of yourself, enriching your life experience in many ways. Enjoy a retreat that will leave you re-energized and full of new perspectives.
