Do you need prior yoga experience to participate in the retreats?
While it can be helpful to have practiced yoga before, prior experience is not required. What matters most is your willingness to connect with your body and listen to what feels right for you.


What yoga styles are taught?
The retreats incorporate a combination of different styles. This includes classical Vinyasa yoga, which features flowing movements and invigorating sequences. Yin yoga is also often an essential part of the program. This calming practice involves deep stretches and long-held postures, focusing on relaxation and the release of muscles and fascia. Meditation and breathing techniques complement the experience, promoting deep relaxation and self-awareness.


Which retreat is right for me?
If you don't have a preference regarding the teacher or the yoga styles practiced, you can make your decision based on the specific program. All our retreats provide space for you to reconnect with yourself and experience deep relaxation. The differences lie in the focus areas (e.g., rehabilitation, strength, relaxation), the number of yoga sessions, and possible combinations with other elements such as sound baths or dance.


What should I pack?
Our yoga rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for your practice: mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are all provided. You just have to bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. And if you’ve forgotten something or feel like treating yourself, we offer a carefully selected range of Hey Honey yoga clothes.


Is a specific room category included in the retreats?
You can choose from any of our room categories. Whether you're coming alone for some inner exploration, with a partner for a special experience, or with the whole family - you can chose the space that fits your needs.


Can I still cancel my reservation?
Cancellations are possible up to 22 days before arrival. From 21 days prior to arrival, we have to charge the full amount of your booking. We do therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in case of unforeseen events.

About Dr. med. Anne Latz and Toan Nguyen

Dr. med. Anne Latz is a specialist in nutritional medicine and holds a doctorate in neuroscience. In 2022, she co-founded the health start-up “Hello Inside”. Active in numerous networks, she advocates for personalized prevention, health promotion and communication, and the fair and smart use of new technologies. Her mission is to help people optimize their eating habits and find individual solutions for their health needs. She is active as a keynote speaker, panelist, and author, and was named among the Top 10 EU Health Tech Influencers in 2024, and in 2025 she was selected for the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s NextGenGesundheit “30 under 40”.

Toan Nguyen is a biohacker, tech enthusiast, and entrepreneur with a passion for self-experiments, wearables, and innovative health strategies. He demonstrates how modern technology, biohacking methods, and scientific insights can help enhance physical performance, mental strength, and overall well-being. His approach combines experimental methods, future-oriented thinking, and high-tech tools to sustainably take health and quality of life to the next level.

About Lili Borgwardt

Lili loves movement, nature, connection, and personal growth. She enjoys bringing people together and supporting them in shining in their full potential. For her, yoga is the doorway to a space filled with life energy, lightness, and stillness. This led her to the path of teaching yoga and working as a systemic coach. Her classes are characterized by flowing, intuitive movements. She combines challenging asanas with letting go. Smart, balancing sequences and supportive assists are a central part of Lili’s yoga classes, allowing her students to have a lasting and transformative experience.

Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. About Thais de la Paz

Born in Munich and raised in southern France and Chile in a multicultural environment, Thais sees herself as a world citizen. For her, yoga is an essential part of a conscious lifestyle in harmony with nature and the rhythms of the year. She studied political science and international law and co-owned the Jaya yoga studio in Munich. Convinced that the power of transformation lies within each individual, she cultivates this power through teaching yoga - one of her greatest passions. She has completed more than 1000 hours of yoga teacher training, immersions, workshops, and therapeutic programs.
