Food is more than just sustenance. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to carefully select and prepare the finest regional ingredients in a way that brings out their full flavour. Together, we will create a three-course menu and take the time to enjoy it mindfully. A slow cooking experience rooted in local produce, refined with selected, worldly aromas.

With mindfulness and health at the centre, this workshop offers light, wholesome dishes made from fresh garden vegetables grown on the adjoining fields of the Arnica Acker.
