Yoga with... Charlotte Bufler
Charlotte’s teaching is an invitation to consciously feel the body, deepen the breath - and let go of what no longer supports you. She combines traditional yoga philosophy with modern movement approaches, scientific background knowledge, and a sense of humour and lightness. Students can look forward to intelligent movement sequences that build heat, strengthen the muscles and regulate the nervous system. Her focus is on precise alignment, without rigidity. On presence, without pressure.

What role does yoga play in your life?
For me, yoga is neither a workout nor another item on a to-do list. It is more an attitude towards life - a lived philosophy. An invitation to greater authenticity, clarity and inner connection. On the mat, it brings me into my body, into movement and presence. Off the mat, it helps me think more clearly, feel more deeply and meet myself with more humour and kindness. Yoga is not an escape from life for me, but a tool to live it with more awareness, health and enjoyment.
What do you hope to share with your students in your yoga classes?
Above all, a deeper sense of connection - on a physical, psychological, mental and emotional level. Yoga is not there to make you feel good; it is there to help you feel again. Real, connected and authentic. With everything that you are and everything that is.
There is a beautiful quote by Donna Farhi that says: “Yoga doesn’t make life easier. But it makes you easier with life.” Through the practice, I want to offer my students an experience of trust - trust in their own bodies, their own strength and effectiveness, and also a fundamental trust in life itself.
What would you describe as the core of your philosophy?
In my view, life is too short for dogma and doctrine. I believe in an approach that respects tradition without getting stuck in it. One that takes science seriously without losing intuition. Proper physical alignment is important - but inner alignment, attitude and mindset are just as essential. My goal is to make healthy choices easy, accessible and appealing. Because the very things that allow us to live long and healthy lives are also what make life worth living.

Our next Retreats
Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In this way, we draw upon the healing qualities of the elements and find inspiration for our yoga and meditation practice, cultivating balance in both body and mind.
Yoga can have a profound impact on many levels of our being. While stretches and asanas keep the body supple, pranayama and meditation help the mind find peace. Thais will guide you toward a deeper dimension of yourself, enriching your life experience in many ways. Enjoy a retreat that will leave you re-energized and full of new perspectives.

Stine Lethan invites you to an extended Yoga Embodiment Weekend – A Journey to Yourself
Are you looking for deceleration far from your everyday life? Do you want to delve deeper into your yoga practice? Do you want to gather yourself and find your inner center?
This retreat offers a clear focus on the essentials in the moment – silence, clarity, and grounding within yourself. We will detox and slow down through all facets of yogic teachings: physical, mental, and emotional.
Meet yourself in the process of change and healing through the Yoga Embodiment practice. The master classes provide impulses and, with their open workshop principle, are both healing and invigorating. Stine creates theme-based classes that show participants their own potential and set impulses for growth.

The Ride & Release Edition is a retreat for women who want to combine physical challenge on the road bike with mindful deceleration through yoga and wellness.
In the midst of the South Tyrolean vineyards, a special combination awaits you: guided road bike rides with the female cycling force and regenerative yoga. The retreat combines the best of two worlds: active road cycling stages through the breathtaking landscape and somatic yoga in the light-filled glass house of Villa Arnica.
In the mornings and evenings, we will jointly immerse ourselves in mindful yoga and meditation practices. Here, you will not only find recovery for strained muscles but also valuable time for yourself. The female cycling force will then accompany you with safe guidance, offer you room to learn, and convey a great sense of community, allowing you to experience road cycling anew.
The retreat is aimed at women who are looking for both challenge and deceleration - without sacrificing indulgence.
