About Miriam

What role does yoga play in your life?
Yoga is, for me, a lived practice - far beyond the mat. It’s a way of moving through the world: consciously, connected, and with an inner alignment that keeps bringing me back to myself. The physical practice is an entry point, but not the goal. It’s my way of grounding and opening again and again. Not to become someone else, but to come closer, layer by layer, to what is already there.

What do you hope to share with your students in your yoga classes?
I want to offer more than just movement. I want to create spaces that feel real - without performance, without pressure, but with depth. My classes are an invitation not to optimize the body, but to listen to it.

The practice can be challenging, but above all it should create awareness. Between strength and softness, something very authentic emerges. If my students leave the space with greater awareness - for themselves, their breath, and the way they move through life - then everything I wish to share is already there.

What would you describe as the core of your philosophy?
Clarity meets feeling. Discipline meets devotion. I believe in a practice that does not divide, but connects - body and mind, inner and outer, movement and stillness. It’s not about perfection, but about presence.

And perhaps above all, it’s about learning to feel again. Because that is where true connection begins - with ourselves and with the world we live in. My philosophy brings together a clear, strong practice with an inner attitude of compassion, mindfulness, and devotion.

Our next Retreats

Thais de la Paz will guide you through three days of relaxing yoga sessions, combining yoga practices with meditation and breathing techniques to bring greater well-being and clarity. Each session is dedicated to one element - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In this way, we draw upon the healing qualities of the elements and find inspiration for our yoga and meditation practice, cultivating balance in both body and mind.

Yoga can have a profound impact on many levels of our being. While stretches and asanas keep the body supple, pranayama and meditation help the mind find peace. Thais will guide you toward a deeper dimension of yourself, enriching your life experience in many ways. Enjoy a retreat that will leave you re-energized and full of new perspectives.

The Ride & Release Edition is a retreat for women who want to combine physical challenge on the road bike with mindful deceleration through yoga and wellness.

In the midst of the South Tyrolean vineyards, a special combination awaits you: guided road bike rides with the female cycling force and regenerative yoga. The retreat combines the best of two worlds: active road cycling stages through the breathtaking landscape and somatic yoga in the light-filled glass house of Villa Arnica.

In the mornings and evenings, we will jointly immerse ourselves in mindful yoga and meditation practices. Here, you will not only find recovery for strained muscles but also valuable time for yourself. The female cycling force will then accompany you with safe guidance, offer you room to learn, and convey a great sense of community, allowing you to experience road cycling anew.

The retreat is aimed at women who are looking for both challenge and deceleration - without sacrificing indulgence.
